This is another one of those season I'll do more wait and see than having a bunch of "will watch"...

Will watch:
Nagi no Asukara: Just b/c I watched (and never finished, except AB) every single P.A. Works show. That and Buriki and Mari Okada and Hanazawa Kana
LB: Refrain: Although I'm not even done with S1...
Golden Time: With zero expectation of it being close to the LN and 100% expectation of J.C. Staff f**king up yet another LN anime.
IS S2: Just b/c of Charlotte...

Probably watch:
Outbreak Company: Just b/c I'll get faked by those illustration...
Kikou Shoujo: 95% chance that I'll drop this after 2 episodes...
Non Non Biyori: I just need a Slice of Life show every season.

A big maybe:
pupa: Not b/c of the story or anything, rather b/c Kido Ibuki is voicing the imouto

My tentative Fall 2013 watch-list, which is actually the biggest watch-list I have ever had for a specific season:

Golden Time - I've been really hyped to watch this ever since it was announced. I mean, a college romantic comedy by Yuyuko Takemiya and animated by J.C. Staff? That's a must watch for me. Sure, the choice of director has me a little apprehensive, but I have faith that my high expectations will be fulfilled and that I'm in for something really great.

Valvrave the Liberator 2nd season - I enjoyed the first season, and I'm hoping for a decent, cohesive, and comprehensible, conclusion for the show.

Little Busters Refrain - I've watched and enjoyed plenty of Key adaptations and the first half of Little Busters was no different. And from what I've heard the second half is where the real story kicks in so I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing it. I'm also hoping for some concrete romance this time around.

IS: Infinite Stratos 2 - The first season was a guilty pleasure of mine, and I'm expecting the second to be no different. Though with 8-Bit still on animation production, I'm expecting some great action scenes.

Gundam Build Fighters - This show seems to understand what it wants to be better than Age ever did, and with a decent creative team and a PV with some nice action, I'm expecting a fun Gundam show before the real meat of the franchise hits with the last Unicorn movie and The Origin.

Kill La Kill - A second coming for the creative team of Gurren Lagann? That's what Kill La Kill sure looks like, and I'd be crazy not to check it out. Especially with Trigger on animation production.

Blazblue Alter Memory - I've always been interested in this franchise but never really had the time to sit down and play a game. So I'm expecting a decent "crash-course" on the story from this show, as well as some nice action.

Samurai Flamenco - This show seems like a huge love letter to Tokustatsu fans like me, so I'd be a fool not to try it out. I'm hoping for something fun and awesome, and considering the creative team behind it, I'm sure that's just what I'm in for.

Strike the Blood - It's a 2-cours with a nice voice cast, an interesting story, and a good looking PV. I don't have high expectations, but I see the potential for this to be pretty enjoyable.

Tokyo Ravens - I liked the PV. It's that simple

White Album 2: I've heard a lot of positive, or generally positive, things about the Visual Novel this is based off of, and a classic high school love-triangle with some nice music is much more up my alley than the original White Album.

Walkure Romanze - The people who've played the Visual Novel seemed to enjoy it, and the PV's for it was nice, so I'll try it. Hopefully it won't fall for the pitfalls of past one-cour VN adaptions.

Log Horizon has no permadeath? ugh those casuals ruining yet again the Virtual Reality genre

Kyousogiga: I love my fast paced high octane insanity~!

Kill la Kill: Same as above, IT'S A CONTEST I TELL YOU! A CONTEST!

Kyoukai no kanata: ...well its action so I may as well go into it, and despite the character design Kyoani is a master at the craft of animation.

Little Busters refrain: I saw season 1 for this (which isn't to say I didn't like season 1, but I really wanted to see what this heavy stuff would be.).

Magi: for the action scenes only, I don't trust A-1 pictures for anything else, besides I already read this arc via manga.

Blazblue: Yeah this is probably gonna suck, but I've always been somewhat curious about this franchise since a lot of my friends won't shut the hell up about it.

Yeah, I'm mostly in it for the action this season, but hey I usually pick up extra shows during the season depending on what I hear so I may watch some more shows...should I have the time since I'm in college now and the wi-fi sucks...

I have been tired of 2 straight seasons of everything happening on the weekends, next season might truly be the daily dose of girls that I've been waiting for for so long

strike the blood. Silver Link greatly impressed me with Dusk Maiden. and valvrave 2, simply because the first one exceeded my low expectations. haha.

Man great sounding animes this season

Coppelion, being waitng for that for so long ironically the Fukishima disaster happened a bit after (or before) Coppelion was going to be aired but I bet they canceled it because there was a chance of Tokyo actually becoming like the manga (an unlivable radioactive wasteland even more scary since the border of Fukishima that is unlivable is increasing recently 10km to 20km boarder)

And Golden time (that LN was so good, the manga too

)

I have the same concern with it. About Yowamushi Pedal though, I heard somewhere it's going to be a 3-cour series. Some sources according to 0taku friends tell me that Tokyo Ravens is 2-cour while another website says it's 1-cour but I can't find the source behind it.
