I just read the translation for ch 13 and its quite a hoot really.
Mostly Kikaijima trying to just make friends with Zenkichi. The part at the end is pretty funny with Kikaijima trying to make him her friend by trying Medaka's method, kissing
Oh and Medaka took the first kiss of everyone in their class way back

Unfortunately, when that happens, it will be meaningless. So it doesn't really matter who she kisses because shes the all mighty messiah that will save mind kind through love and goodness. She belongs to no one but owns everyone... The only place left for romance is ZenXKikaijima.... Yay

Yes, me too. Kinda lol at the 2nd last page while Zenkichi try to defend himself from Ki-chan attempted kiss, just like a Rape but backwards (female is the one who instigate it).

Yeah i also liked this chapter quite a bit, though i'm not bored of anyone at all.

Mogana is very cute though, i loved her straight away in the past few chapters, so it was a lot of fun getting to know what she's really like in this chapter. The fact that she just wants to make friends, and not knowing how go about it was just so adorable.

Shiranui is still quite the character.

Am looking forward to future development of her character, and finding out who's going to take the final position in the student council.

So today I'm seeing that the megane swimmer actually is a social retard and tries to make friends with Zenkichi by trying to start a conversation. Okay to be honest, this chapter feels a lot better than before. Maybe because there's reason to shoot a Zenkichi+(whoever that swimmer megane was, I forgot her name) mark, and I really love it when it happens. Also more Shiranui to come and spoil stuff over for the lulz, I like

"I-I've fallen for you... so... I'm going to kiss you!" AAAAAAAHHHHHHH that really cracked me up! Made my day!

p/s: Is the hand covering the megane treasurer's mouth... Zenkichi's? If yes, then I'd say the heck? He should've let her! Tch!

Yes! it his hand. Zenkichi know nothing about Ki-chan attempt to make friends since she didn't tell him her reason to kiss him. So Zenki-kun didn't want to be kissed
And to be kissed after have some one in your mind is not so acceptable.
But still regrettable to refuse such a kiss from a girl, it's not something you will receive everyday. Especially with the face like mine

She assumed Zen and new girl were trying to make sex, and she wasn't jealous or angry, just dissapionted, because of their lack of discression. Of course some may have hopes that she trust Zen, and was just joking from them, but, as far as I know, womens in love tends to be overjealous.
Also Zen started to be irritated by his "dead last" position. He also noticed that he is only member of council without scholarship, or any special talents.

But it's a good thing for story development. May be some chapter ahead Zenkichi will forced to leave SC to repair his failing grade since joined SC, then being separated will make the two start make any relationship in order to him not leave SC. Begin from studying together, and then sleeping together (my Hope)
