As I have said, it's quite possible that they end with old Joseph in the airport scene as a sequel hook. (or a tie-in for the OAVs if the third season don't get greenlit (which nobody here want))

thanks for the clarification.
I planned on watching the final battle in a single session, rather than 1 episode a week. the final battle feels much better this way. Had I known this, I'd have stopped at 21

While it'd be nice to have a season based on part 3, I do have a problem with it. My memory of part 3 is sketchy, but I sort of remember how many of the fights were filler, in the sense that they didn't have much impact on the journey other than delaying the team. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the studio is able to show how epic Stand powers are, but the actual story is another question.
