Why does the animator have to explain about Kirika's transformation. Are there people complaining about it?

He doesn't. He was just being informative. You gotta admit this season seems a lot more risque than previous.

I don't think anyone (worth paying attention to) has complained, but certainly comments have been made about how much more risque her transformation is this season.

It will be interesting to see if they end up adding those missing seconds to the BD release. If nothing else these first two episodes have me looking forward to the remainder of the transformations. Really going all out to make them as impressive as they can.

And really rather than the transformation sequence, it is impressive they could easily get such a brutal kill in and only needing to stylize it a bit. Obviously the focus is on how traumatic that was for Tsubasa. But they really just went all out with someone being stabbed clean through with an arm and bathing Tsubasa in blood. Makes the Hibiki arm getting eaten scene look tame by comparison.

I was only curious if some people complained about the transformation. Don't really have a problem if he's just talking about details in his work.

Well I did manage to watch all the episodes G in BD tht other time and so much changes and even the season of the weather of each episodes. xD

Favorite moment this week :
- We got double henshin a sexy one and a cute one this week. Didn't expected they showed chris and shirabe transformation in 1 episode.
- Chris's song fit really perfectly when hibiki passed through her and when she launched her to the sky.
- She finally used red hot blazing after all this time. I wonder if the staff saw the bingo on 4chan.
- Kirika and shirabe using different kind of combination attack, shame that they didn't have a name for this technique.
-also that last scene...

Human worst enemy is a human... now i wonder what will happened next episode.

Another really good episode. This feels as tight as the story has been in a long time. Everything is just building up nicely. Heck we're getting a surprising amount of strong moments from Kirika and Shirabe. They are kind of leading the charge the past couple episodes. And we still haven't really hit the focus of their arc yet (which from the OP is probably related to Nastassja and FIS in general). The episode just drops sensible and important points like confirming that Ignite is done for.

Kind of a necessity of course to try and give the antagonists their character arcs. Millaarc of course being the type to do all the horrific things for the sake of those she prioritizes above everyone else. Doesn't mean she isn't going to die though. Her hands are literally soaked in blood. Elsa may get out of this alive, but who knows.

I'm kind of impressed. They even tackled the frustrating issue of GX here. Of course Hibiki's parents aren't just back together. He walked out at the worst time of their lives. Even trying to use his daughter to emotionally manipulate his ex is only going to take things so far. If things work out it will be a long and difficult process.

There was a lot going on. Finally we get a picture of how the antagonists are shaping up. The question was always how Fudo was playing into this. Clearly last season set him up as a coming antagonist but "how" was the question. It does certainly fit though that he'd orchestrate the attack on the US ship and research facilities. And they dropped even last season that he chooses the country over the citizens. Sacrificing 70,000 lives to either get Tsubasa on his side or set up his plot seems in character. It's tens of thousands of people who cared about music. Not his problem.

And again...holy smokes. Kirika and Shirabe get awesome combo moves

. But nothing taken from Chris and Hibiki pulling some nice combos. They've come a long way from the simple stuff of S1 or G.

Once again another great episode why because the double henshin girls with the fire arm henshin with the ice skating pose stylish henshin scene.
I love how Kirika guessed it right and then boom there's Millaarc at the hospital.

The fights and the moments look top notch as hell!
I am happy that Tsubasa is okay but her heart is still heart. ;(

Fudou...that son of a...I knew it! I knew it ever since his motive was strange after the final episode of AXZ and I just knew it!

Wait a minute...god power, now I think about it! He did say it from episode 13 AXZ and now on episode 3. If Fudou and the enemies learn that Hibiki and Miku has god power that escape from the curse of Balal, those two and the S.O.N.G are screw.
