Why a lot of girl like Makoto?

I have seen the Comic from Overflow and that say

Girls having the Blood feel Makoto is so handsome if they see Makoto

and also Makoto family(men) get easy to be very playboy

Makoto father is mach more playboy than Makoto

So my guess was right when I thought I figured it was this guy who was that so-called Don Juan guy who was Makoto father (he's shown in Ｓｕｍｍｅｒラディッシュ・バケーション!!2 where he goes as far as H-ing his own loli grand-daughter).

probably a biased first impression knowing what he is like - while he looks less generic than makoto he does have the look of an evil bastard (at least makoto tries to mask his true intentions with that dumb look of his...his dad just looks like a walking rapist

They're not that young in that game, but he does go for loli too (this girl is actually the daughter and grand daughter of the girls in that car I think), so maybe he goes for men too (?) and since he can't make any birth from it it wouldn't be placed in that tree

Also, if you look well at the chart, you'd figure out that Setsuna would actually be step-sisters and Makoto would technically be their uncle.
