The title of the song is "Heart Wave" composed by NARUSE Shuuhei and sung by HIBIKI Misora (who is voiced by FUKUEN Misato, that is.)
Now you have sufficient data to try Google to comfirm, I guess.

This song pops up a few times in the series. In episode 23, you can hear it at 20:00. I think it's Second Season ~Deai~, but i'm not sure, as it's a vocal version. You can also hear a piano rendition of this song in the OVA when Alicia and Akari are riding the gondola to the Campanile. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm looking for the vocal version, btw.

I'd try if the file is smaller... as long as they are in Japanese, fragments of crappy quality wil be sufficient for me, and more than that, 90MB for 9 songs I think is just too large.


Ah, also you wanted translation of "Yuukyuu no Tsubasa" right? I can try that too but don't expect too much, and I will not post the translated lyrics on animelyrics.com, because I have a distrust of that site for a number of
reasons. If you're ok with that, please wait for a while.
EDIT: Well... it looks like some fansubber did their translation of the song already... mine will be somewhat different but do I ought to do this?
