^cool plots are indeed rare, a good example for a movie would be harold and kumar go to white castle. My friends gave me a rather peculiar synopsis : it's a movie about 2 guys that get high and go to a fastfood restaurant to get some burgers

How about drawing manga based on popular LN this time (but then the release interval will be too long since the publisher of LN-based manga mostly release their magazines monthly). I think we're in need of that kind of adaptation since LN will never be as 1/4 popular as manga outside Japan.

Or writing a new manga based on romantic folklore/myth.

I like Kanou sensei focus on romance comedy in new manga than try another genre...

I really love Pretty Face and Harisugawa but Kanou sensei romance manga in future should try in other publication than shounen jump...

I am okay with monthly manga so maybe Kanou sensei try Square Enix magazine next time like Young Gangan...

As for chapter 28, I'm quite disappointed with what Satomi said "What I am going to do... I've only thought of him as a very dear friend". I was like, wtf?

Out of curiousity I went to look at the RAWs. I honestly want that minute back. What a waste of time. I understand the guy was cancelled and he might be bitter about it, but If you're going to say "epilogue" then have enough respect to end it properly. I was so angry just skimming through to the point that I didn't care about the pictures...and considering I couldn't understand a word I think this speaks volumes.

For the record, I'm a big fan of endings. Especially with a decent epilogue (time-skips are bonus points). I believe a well done ending can save even the worst of series. Apparently this author decided to go for broke on all ends of the spectrum.

Man this series could have been great, and yet it gets shafted by poor sales and the mangaka gets forced to asspull an ending.

It's sad. I really liked it when it started, and as it goes you could already tell that the mangaka was forcing it to go faster in a direction it didn't feel like it should go. Sad to see wasted potential when you know that mangaka was on to something. I do hope it wasn't the mangaka's choice to do this.

An awful ending to a mediocre series... The best thing that came out of this was the artwork. Maybe the author should hire a writer for his next work. That is if he has another offer for more work

From what I read it was ended by the author himself and not canceled. Not that it wouldn't get an anime anyways...

Yeah the story is extremely weak with a horrible cast, I think Saki was the only lovable character though

Sounds like an excuse to me. The rankings show it was never successful to begin with. I think the most of the time that its in the top ten is when they have a color page.

, when you should be praising the mangaka's artwork, those are some incredibly hot melons and bottoms
