So guys, I'm in the process of writing this fic, and I'm having some trouble thinking of my protagonist's ability. We all know the canon cast is full of haxed aces, so I'm not too worried about making him seem to strong that he looks out of place, but I don't want him to look like a pathetic moron that can't get anything done.

So under the assumption that he's just level 4, which of these abilities do you think are best?

1. The ability to cut objects in varying degrees with a movement of his hand 4 metres in range.
2. Force-based optic blasts that can be controlled. (Similar to Darkseid's Omega Blasts.)
3. Increased physical abilities a la superhuman. (Simplest but most useful of them all.)
4. Releasing acidic gas from his mouth. (The ph level can be manipulated.)
5. The ability to freely control weight. (This is actually pretty cool, despite how it sounds.)

1. That's the original plan, but I can't help but think it's just a bit too powerful.

2. Yeah it does sound generic, though I can't name any other esper that has it.
3. Agreed, can't argue its usefulness though.

4. Basically acid breath, ph level is the acidity, so it can be deadly or benign.
5. Yeah, if it was level 5 it would go from the weight of the universe to no weight at all, but that's never going to happen.

I'm leaning more towards the weight thing, its useful like #3 without being as haxed as #1.

Not really, you could have restrictions, like say it can only cut through only a certain amount of softness.

Ah right, I didn't think of the teeth, but couldn't the same be said for Touma? If it cancels his good luck it should also cancel his bad.

LOL, so it seems... suggesting a small change, you could go with: Yandere LESBIAN Fujoshi ...

If that doesn't work, you can always use the tautological (sounds better than redundant) Female Yandere Lesbian Fujoshi

Or maybe even a combination of all of the above, to make sure.

....What the hell did my brain come up with now?

For some reason...I'm picturing a "Save our Touma-sama!" secret underground fanclub in A Certain High School...ala something like the S4 from Mayo Chiki...

I have no clue on how to expand it, but...just picturing a group of people dressed in dark robes praising a picture of Touma with a circle of candles around it...

Then to apose that group....we get something to the effect of Baka to Tests FFF Inquisition.

What the hell did I drink to come up with this? ...I should find more :3
