I'm feeling as unexcited as I have been feeling for a couple of years now. If there isn't any bloody, violent, gritty and serious seinen, I always feel somewhat disappointed. First part of Fate/Zero bored me somewhat; I probably will marathon it at some point.

That being said, Zetman might have promise as a series I will actually watch. Given what I have heard about the manga, and the current hysterical and puritan moral atmosphere in Japan, I'm skeptical as to how much they will actually show us.

Xebec doing a show about antropomorphized assault rifles? Where do I sign up?

I like how Xebec does ecchi, so if there is going to be any of that I'm staying with the show, probably.

Sakamichi no Apollon could be interesting, depending on how much 1960s music will be involved.

Yeah! Thanks for that. I merely cursory scanned the preview picture before posting. I guess the character design of the woman put me slightly off, and I didn't bother with the synopsis (I was kind of in a hurry).

Anyways, the synopsis does sound very interesting! Manga readers have already mentioned Black Lagoon, so I will definitely be checking this out. Actually, it's the most interesting synopsis since RAINBOW last year.

Thanks for the other link, too! The next season already looks brighter.

Will definitely pick up on Fate/zero II. Sakamichi no Apollon and Zetman have greatly caught my attention. Those three will be put in my top priority. Might consider Tsuritama, Acchi Kocchi and Kore wa Zombie desu ka? OF THE DEAD(watched s1 so it'll be a must).

There are other shows that have caught my attention but I plan on keeping few on my plate this season for a while to catch up to some other anime.

Hyouka - I absolutely loved the novel, as long as KyoAni adapted it as faithfully as they always do, they'll got my money.
Fate/Zero 2 - 然り!然り!然り!
Eureka Seven AO - Liked the original series. will watch it to the end.
Uchuu Kyoudai - I just started to read the manga and I really like what I saw, will definitely watch this.

Will watch:
Kimi to Boku 2 - Well, I watched the first season and it was okay, will watch just to pass the time.
Kore wa zombie desu ka? OF THE DEAD - Same as above.
Tsuritama - I'll watch it just because of Nakamura Kenji and Uki Natsuya design.

Will give it a try:
Medaka Box - Just casual reader of the manga, but I'm really curious on how will Gainax handle the bizzare dialog and verbal tic.
Yurumates - Well, I remember the old OVA and kinda enjoying it.
Sakamichi no Appollon - I just noticed that the manga was licensed in my country and it's up to the second volume. If the anime was good, I might buy the manga.
Shining Hearts ~Shiawase no Pan~ - As mediocre as Shining Tears X Wind is, at least it was fun. will give this one a try.
Acchi Kocchi - Well, the character design is interesting.
Ginga e Kickoff!! - I've heard the novel, will give it a try.
Ozuma - Not a big fan of Leiji Matsumoto, but will at least watch the first episode.
Natsuiro no Kiseki - The original art style interest me, but then the anime art comes out... Oh well, might as well checked it out...

Damn, I was just skimming over the list and got a bit more than I can chew out of it.

Let's see:

Most definitely watch:

Fate/Zero part 2 - I thoroughly enjoyed the first half and have been waiting anxiously for this one
Hyouka - I haven't found a show by KyoAni that hasn't at least entertained me so I'll be checking this one out even if it's just for the art "porn" (although to be fair I haven't seen Munto yet)

Really want them to be good:

Medaka Box - I really really want this one to be good since I'm a sucker for Nisio and enjoyed what I read from the manga (yes, even the weaker first bit) but Gainax just doesn't make me as excited as it did some years back.
Eureka Seven AO - I'm really not feeling it for this one after all that I've heard about it and I'll have to admit to not being the biggest of fans of the original (I did enjoy it quite a bit however).
Sakamichi no Apollon - Shinichirou Watanabe and Youko Kanno? Yes please!

Going in without any expectation:

ZETMAN - I'm digging the synopsis and the art so I'll check this one out
Jormungand - Again the synopsis made me curious and being by White Fox made me doubly so.
Ozuma - Sounds and looks like it'll be old school SciFi and that's something that usually pikes my interest and usually backfires on me. However it's short enough that I'll probably watch it till the end.

Again I think I'll be overwhelmed with shows again this season since I still have Moretsu Pirates, Gundam AGE and the Gundam Seed Remaster on my list. And that's not counting Naruto, Fairy Tail and Hunter X Hunter. Luckily Bleach will be gone soon... Not that I'll miss it much.

Will Definitely Watch:

Fate/Zero part 2 - No explanation neccessary.
Hyouka - Anything by KyoAni has been worth watching, as long as it wasn't an original series.
Eureka Seven AO - I highly enjoyed the first season, so I have high expectations for this one.
Kore wa Zombie season 2 - The first season was fun, so I don't see any reason not to watch this one.
Sankarea - I love the manga, but precisely because I read the manga, I fear that I might get bored and drop it halfway through.

Will Try:

Saki season 2 - I recently got into mahjong, so I'm planning on watching the first season and then trying this one out.
Accel World - I'm not really sure what to expect, but light novel adaptations seems to be the stuff these days.
Zetman - The description caught my eye. Will definitely try it.
Kimi to Boku season 2 - If and when I watch the first season...
Acchi Kocchi - After a season of no 4-koma, I'm hoping this one will be a keeper. Kill Me Baby was too boring for my taste.
Upotte! - Sounds quite funny. Hopefully it will actually deliever.
Sengoku Collection - Because Hanazawa Kana is in it.

Unsure:

Medaka Box - I'll probably watch this one if I find the time. Which always seems to be the case
Sakamichi no Apollon - I'm fond of coming of age stories, but somehow I feel like I'll get bored watching this one. If the response seems to be around midseason then I might pick it up.
Nazo no Kanojo X - I found the manga boring after a while, so if I already know the plot, its going to feel even more boring.
Koi-ken! - Doesn't sound too interesting.
Shining Hearts - I'm a sucker for Tony's art, but there seems to be alot of other things to watch this season.
Jormungand - Somehow I'm being reminded of Canaan, and I didn't like it too much.
Tasogare Otome - Description sounds interesting, but I'm not sure exactly what to expect.

Wow I have 12 anime that I will definitely try, and I might end up adding a couple more. It looks to be a promising season.

Actually, the current (winter) season has 4-koma adaptation (aka Kill me Baby)

Kore wa Zombie desuka? Of the Dead : The first season was entertaining. Looking forward to the 2nd season.
Fate/Zero S2 : Probably after all the BD's out.

Accel World : My friend say the LN is good, not sure though.
Tsuritama : Fishing? Indian? WTF?
Saki: Achiga-hen of Episode of side-A : I enjoyed the parent story, so probably will try it too, after all the episodes out.
Shirokuma Cafe : Bears.

Not really sure will watch :

Tasogare Otome x Amnesia : The manga is still ongoing. I don't want anime filler ending crap.
Sankarea : The manga is still ongoing. I don't want anime filler ending crap.
