What actually caused it was Okabe not stopping her from immediately returning at the night of the rainstorm. Since it's still the Alpha world line, she'll die at the same time regardless, but without amnesia, she died naturally rather than suicide.

When Okabe asks about the posts from 2000 John Titor doesn't know what he's talking about. This is because Suzuha hasn't gone back to 1975 right? I guess Suzuha must have made the posts in America before she died

I think that is why the other don't remember John Titor posting from 2000 because she would never had posted it... it not because she hasn't travel back, but even when she travel back she would not had posted it.
