It is possible that they will take some of the short stories from volume 7 and put them in the first season. If I had to take a guess it would be The Ice Demon and the Hell Cat or The Witch and the Assassin but not both.

Maybe as an OVA, but I doubt they'll do it.

Pretty funny, the top Human female won't even show up in the anime, and the Kamito is ranked above all the human females also.

However Est will likely solidify her ranking above everyone else after the anime.

exactly campione was a disaster despite having great potential but they did it so poorly its not even funny I almost don't want a second season

Unless the events of volume 11 changed something about this matter, at the moment only some of the girls know about Kamito's "other identity".
