I think it's harem ending.

There are 3 girls with MC in epilogue.
Sempai is his official GF and secretary(something like that).
Asakiri is not. But she gonna introduce him to her father. This sound like she gonna steal him.
Shizukuishi is with MC in the end too. She does a great CM for his company(via her song).

Third one sounds quite ambiguous is she together with him like,on his company and as friend or they have a estabilished relationship as lovers?

Second one is also ambiguous but i guess context would be needed to get a conclusion on what her introducing him to her father means, i can see it as her introducing him as her lover or something but like i said depends on the context

Probably nothing romantic happened, I mean, don't know if you're up to date with translations but although she does have kind of a crush on him, she doesn't make any move on Kakeru, reminds me a bit of Kawasaki from Oregairu, likes Hachiman but doesn't act on her feelings.
