another seinen manga from IKKI magazine is getting animated

Based on a manga thats serialized in the seinen manga magazine IKKI.
For now there are 7 volumes released of this manga.

I couldn't find a thread for it, but there's trailer for Blue Dragon (anime of the Xbox game, not the saucy manga) on Youtube (from the Tokyo Anime Fair). Not sure I can bypass my memories of DBZ but Zola (Romi Paku!) is rather hawt so I may check out an episode or two

Yeah it doesn't have that many readers, but the magazine is still loosing readers. according to the JMPA the magazine had about 33,000 readers in 2004, 29,000 readers in 2005, and now it has 18,000 readers according to the latest info from the JMPA >.<

I see. Well, I did hear people say Ikki isn't what it used to be. There is still some great stuff running in it that started when the magazine launched (Freesia, Dorohedoro, Noramimi); but no real new "hits" (if you can call em that).

I think that SWWEEET looks really good, but it's highly disturbing. (I even think it's more disturbing than Freesia's rape scenes.)

Mangaupdates has a nice list of already scanlated Ikki titles (but not of everything of the list is scanlated). Oh, and my favourite (besides Bokurano) is Witches.

I liked that series despite its queer nature and absurdity. ^^

I was just trying to recall, haha. OT, but that manga is of an NSFW nature. Be wary when you do read it anywhere other than your own home.
