Fuko (and I think it's safe now that she's returned to the series) looks like she's being cared for by Yoshino and Kouko. Remember, she might be abour 23 years old by this point, but her mind is still that of a high-school student (and might even be less than that).

It has been mentioned that Fuuko is the same age as Tomoya (as well as the Fuji twins and Youhei) quite a number of times throughout 2nd and 1st season if I am not wrong.

She joined high school at 15 and met a car accident on the first day. She slept through Tomoya's marriage, Nagisa's 2nd retention and her death + 5 years for Ushio's growing up, making her to be around 23-24.

But that is ridiculous for her to STILL looking like a freshman! Even when you are in coma you age, and it is AMEEZZZZIINGGGUUU that she is still so cute.

Still remembered S1 when she was repeatedly teased by Tomoya, having drinks squirted up her nose and being fooled by Ryou into thinking that SHE is Tomoya ("stop using my sister for pranks!" and "wow there are three!").

hei!! fuko... still in coma?? what i know is she's already dead and just a wandering ghost.... well thats how i think about it, im just in the 1st season xD

Fuuko as of season 2 is already awake and about, though as mentioned by others she's in her mid-twenties and STILL looks like how she was in Season 1... And has gotten it into her head to kidnap Ushio and make Tomoya's daughter her little sister. She's PERSISTENT about it too.

Wouldn't be Fuuko if she wasn't weird like that. No longer handing out or carving wooden starfish...but Ushio is as good as a starfish to Fuuko.

It's really amusing how, hm, sarcastic Fuuko became in After Story, especially in the finale. You'd wonder if she subconsciously is emulating another sarcastic fellow that was more or less became THE Fuuko Master... And also happens to be the father of the loli she wants to kidnap.

Fuuko After huh... well, if the arc gives you the option of letting Fuuko recall prior event in S1 Clannad, things can get very interesting on the dramatic side. I think it'll be left to the hands of the fanfic writers to decide how would that impact her as she lives with the Okazakis'.

When she had dissapeared I thought she had actually died and it made me all teary! But then she appears again and I was like "WHA? She is alive! YAY! WAIT! That means I was getting sad for no reason before?!"

There's a book called Clannad: Another Story which is basically a giant collection of stories written by the scenario directors of Clannad that add just an extra touch to the routes afterwards, I think.
