Oops, I only yesterday reworked it to be a little less flashy, then took it myself ;( Sorry - but if there's any worthwhile material of the Virtue in episode 5, we shall see!

Some image hosting sites like imageshack have options where you could actually resize the images to your preference. I only use one other image hosting site though, Photobucket - which I only use for moving gifs or gifs with transparent backgrounds. Imageshack tends to make transparent background gifs turn black (the background, I mean)....O.o;;
