Possibly because Interplay officially no longer owns the Fallout license and the ownership over those games have expired and given to the current owners.

Sam's Club warehouse stores in North America are getting rid of Wii Us. They want to stop selling them and people are picking up units for $150, $100, and less than $100 since they just want to get rid of their stock.
