Lol I'm enjoying this so far. It's a bit mix of ridiculous characters + serious plot + stunning vfx so it was quite entertaining, I guess? I don't have any expectation so it turned out alright.
I really like the voice of Yuusaku, I thought he has the same voice actor with Setsuna from 00 that low and not-interested-in-anything kind of voice

Btw the pink hair girl is hot, seems like they did a good job with female characters for this franchise.
Spoiler for portrait shot in ending:

With the lone exception of Tea and Rebecca from the original Yugioh and Kotori from Zexal the women have been very good. I can't speak for ARC-V since i skipped it but that's one thing Yugioh has done very well.

I wonder if Arc-v characters will make appearances like all the other past series, did?

now which i'm thinking a little, part of the plot of this season is very like vanguard anime with the "creatures from another world" being real, they where talking on the first episode, this really remembered a lot vanguard, wherey the focus is about the other world in the space where the monster from the card game are alive.

I'm pretty sure they're using the cards as programs. So it's completely different.

i know is more like the way they talk, like the legend of the peoples in past walking with they monsters and bla bla bla all that talk sounded very vanguard like due to how much important it looked and also having that "alive programa" or i wanna be "astrall" thing, well it's not like what they did is bad it is just looked really very liked vanguard it.

It's called "fun with acronyms". They came up with one that sounds like brains.

i took one look at vanguard and saw it as a yugioh knock off but in the end it doesn't matter.

As for the name if think of it as Virtual brains that would make more sense

Yes, it's back! I like the more serious tone of this series. Granted, the digital program on the run will probably serve as comedy fodder, I do hope the plot and story will be serious. Also, I like the matureness of Yusaku. No more childish antics like Yuma or Yuya. No duel in episode one? That's ok. There was a lot of stuff going on already.

Beauty-wise , I still haven't seen any main girl more attractive then Tea.
I still don't know why I found her to be so attractive despite having such simplistic design.

According to Character info , Aoi is a Bro-con.

Probably because you were young and when you were learning to like girls Tea was one of the early examples.

She seems to be either Kuudere or Dandere on top of that too.

Revolver's other ace card has been revealed:

Spoiler for New Dragon:

Looks like the lore of Link monsters in the anime is that they are born and live in the data storm. And you need the skill Storm Access in order to obtain them.

Is it a new game mechanic?

Like, a monster that grows more powerful when you place cards in assigned slots?

But how would you place a monster in "Bottom Left"? That's the spell card zone.
