The word "saint" is a concept that is internal to a religion or a society. It means something like "exemplary" or "worthy of great respect".
For an observer outside of that religion or society, like you or me, it has no real meaning.
In particular, you can be considered as "saint" in one religion despite (or thanks to) having killed many believers of a rival religion.

That's probably easier said than done. The original is a very old and power program, I doubt it could be Replicated that easily.

To clarify things, the current Book of the Night Sky has no link to the linker core devouring lost logia back in A's. The one Hayate is holding now is a Magic Tome type device, probably a storage device at that. The Knights' link to YnS was cut off at the same time the defense program was removed so you can't just stuff them back in the book.

As for Vivio's BJ, it looks perfectly fine to me. Although it is very strange to me that the saint king, great leader and prophet of the Ancient Belka, was a organic weapon of his choice.

Hayate merely holds something that looks like the Yami no Sho. Her curent one (wasn't it re-called the Yaten no Sho?) doesn't even hold a candle to the Yami no Sho.

Technically, what's left of the original YnS has completely fused with Hayate, granting her a incredibly high amount of mana. The Book that appears when she casts her spells is likely only an avatar/Storage Device with the appearance of the original Tome. Another possible explanation is that the tome is indeed the physical body of the original tome but doesn't contain its previous amount of power in the past.

From my understanding most of the power that YnS vamped went to the defence programme and the rest went to Hayate giving her power. Nothing is mentioned of the capabilities of the YnMDS. Although I assume it is still capable of storing magic from others. Think of the current YnMDS as YnS after a virus scan and reformat with Rinforce II as the new OS.

Indeed, I saw the subbed version some minutes ago ... then it took me about an hour to read through this thread However on a 1-10 scala for Ridiculousness this episode gets a full 12.
