Anime/Manga/Game Identification Help [See first post]

I'm also looking for the name of a show but I can't remember if it was a cartoon or anime. It aired at least 10-12 years ago when I didn't really know the distinction.
It was about a girl who could perform magic by forming some kind of hand sign, by holding out the index and pinky.. I think. I remember the girl being blond with short hair.
I can't remember if the show was any good but I remember enjoying it in my childhood and I'd like to know more about it.

Index and pinky? It would HAVE to be Sailormoon.....only problem is, she's got LONG-ass hair. XD

Or it was a character doing a parody of Sailormoon. Those are virtually everywhere.

It could be (what is her name again...) Usagi, with her blond (thought to be short) hair, with the twin tails are mistaken as ribbons....

Hello I need halp!

Well Firstly It's about a manga with quite the original beginning, it's raining and we see the hero walking with an umbrella. While glancing towards the street he sees a cute girl drenched by water, though everybody is avoiding her, he goes hit on her (the hero is quite perverted) and bring her into his home.
When he thought he would do his debuts on this adult world, the girl kills him with a knife ... bla - a lot of things happen-, we learn that she is a shinigami and she was out of energy and now she needs to feed on him.

A chapter was released there are a few days, but I can't find the name of the manga!! Thanks in advance.

That's probably because I haven't seen an official English translation of the name yet, and the name itself is a bitch to remember (the japanese title, at least). Anyways, you're after Dakara Boku wa H ga dekinai

Anyways, does anyone know where are these pictures from? There was a person on deviantart with these pictures claiming that they're her characters in her story that she made up. I've seen these pictures all over the internet but putting them on an art website is wrong.

Tineye-ing the first two pics got me nowhere except knee deep in a massive list of places the pics were also posted, but the third is from the Memories Off VN. I think so, anyway; I haven't played the VN so I can't confirm that, but that's what hunting through Tineye got me. Anyway, the last one is (again, I think) Eve from Black Cat, hence the resemblance to To-LOVE-ru's Yami.

Feel free to get somebody else to confirm those, though. *shrugs*

Edit: On the last one, maybe not. I assumed as much since I found it amidst a gallery of Black Cat pictures, but then I found Yami too. <_< So who knows; could be, though.

Might be fan-made animation but the character is definitely Nono from Diebuster (also known as Top wo Nerae! 2)

I found the second picture floating around a lot, but can't seem to find the source.
