Really it's been the most interesting thing in a while and the closest we've gotten to plot development since the Behemoth arc, though even this isn't really plot development and more character development. Sorta makes me miss demon world arc.

This arc has had far more discussion than any other arc since Behemoth, so regardless whether you like it, it is indeed popular and so derserves to continue.

I find these sentiments ironic considering this manga was originally centred around Oga and Furuichi. Did you dislike early beelzebub that much? Hell I still consider demon world arc to be one the best.
