Mitsu, if it makes you feel any better, I'm waiting for them to get back to the manga plot, too. And also I think the Greece arc, if not terrible, is certainly overrated. Just saiyan.

I've also repeatedly encountered in this forum the sentiment that "everyone" thinks that the Greece arc is the best part of the manga. Again, I'm not part of that "everyone." I think that arc is a messy overcooked wangsty tween melodrama.

The "End of the World" arc was the best one, the Greece arc was merely a transition stage for the plot (which I'm still waiting to see moving forward again)...

I'm not surprised yet. Ruka is a lot more honest and direct than Ayumu and Hina have ever been. That's why I like her character.

The real question is whether Hayate will recriprocate or avoid the issue like he did with Ayumu's confession a while back.

if Hata sensei wanted to bring this to more serious act, I'm expecting a honest 'rejection' from Hayate
but if Hata-sensei wanted to mess this, Hayate will bring another gag about it...

I do hope Hayate will respond Ruka's feeling properly

OMG! 382 chapters and 4 anime series later a girl finally had the guts to strike first!

I was becoming a fan of HayatexANYBODY lately. So I'm excited.

But... I wonder how he will answer?

Well, if the new anime series truly is the "future" of the manga as it seems Hata is alluding, then I really don't see anything at all coming from this.

i rarely visit the HnG subforum (about 3-4 months or possibly 6+ since i last showed up around here)
good to finally see HnG having another cour (although it seems to be randomly thrown together, not connecting to the end of S1

)
Well you know why i came, and i just hope we get atleast a thumbs up from hayate, pulling back would be spineless, esp. since he views Ruka as a girl rather than a tomboy, ojousama, helpless klutz etc.
