Fushigi Yuugi

Fushigi Yugi is a great romance/action/fantasy. The manga is much longer than the anime. The couple is dating and boyfriend/girlfriend during the series, they get engaged, they get married, there is lots of kissing. The manga is very romantic.

Fushigi Yugi

Sailor Moon

The couple is boyfriend and girlfriend and dating during the series, gets engaged, gets married, has a child, becomes king and queen. 200 anime episodes, 18 manga volumes, the live action series.

Ayashi no Ceres

Action, romance, sex, making out in hotel rooms. The manga is much longer and much more exciting and emotional than the anime. The manga has the couple having sex and kissing in hotel rooms a lot, the anime cuts that out.

Wild Act

Great romance/action series, lots of sex, comedy.

Lots of these series have lots of kissing, dating, serious relationships, marriages, weddings, couples in relationships.

I second Mai HiME and Tsubasa Chronicle. You may also like My Otome, which is kind of a sequel for Mai HiME. However, it's mostly action/comedy/drama with a little romance. Ranma 1/2 is quite old, but it's action/comedy/romance, just as you wish.
