Is it just me or I never realized how much of a beauty Historia is until I saw OVA 3.

Also with how determined Eren is when he wanted to rescue her is lighting up a Eren x Historia in me.

Will there be a second season sometime in the near future soon? Or should I just go read the manga to catch up?

To give you a vague estimation: The second season is in "pre-production", but it is unknown when it will air. If we go by the scale of the first anime season, which adapted about 33 manga chapters, there is not even enough source material for a 2nd season yet, because there are only 60 chapters released right now and that is assuming that the amount of filler will be the same as in the 1st season, which may vary in the 2nd season.

A very optimistic estimation would be that Fall 2015 would probably be the earliest possible time a 2nd season could air, but it will probably be even later.

Ohh I see , thanks....

I assume the manga is a monthly release? I guess I should go read where the anime left off then.....

And one last question, are the OVA's anime original or also part of the manga?

yes it is monthly, a chapter is released sometime around the 5th - 10th of each month.

Regarding the OVAs: The first one (illse's notebook) was part of the manga, while the 2nd and 3rd ones were not.

The upcoming: "A choice with no regrets" OVAs originate from a VN spin-off.

I actually don't want to see a trailer for something as short as an OVA, just gonna watch it when it's out.

It will probably be an OVA series though, or an OVA with the lenght of a movie. You cannot put no regrets into a single 20-40 min OVA.

I checked out the Attack on Titan series on Crunchyroll. The series has nothing to do with the moon of the planet Saturn named Titan!,,,

Looks like we're gonna find out how Spider-man stacks up against the Survey Corps.

Hi all, I have a very vague, well maybe not vague, question and really wondered what you all thought. You'll probably think it's nothing but here goes.

Ok, so I decided to watch this little beauty of an Anime a few months ago on Netflix and instantly I was hooked. I absolutely loved the art style and the seemingly traditional animation style but, mid-way through the season the style changed distinctly to what seemed to my untrained eyes be much more computer generated.

I still thought it was awesome and cool and exciting but I so very much preferred the 1st half animation, it just seemed that much more epic.

My question is, am I just being silly or is it something lots of people picked up on and what are your thoughts/preferences? I don't know that much about animation but yeah, this is what I was wondering!

Thanks for your time

The animation style never changed throughout the course of the series. It was always 100% digital and it never looked anywhere close to being traditional animation. I really have no idea what gave you that impression.

Well if any superhero seemed to fit in well with this kind of fighting style it would be Spider-Man.

Ok well I didn't mean traditional but something definitely changed. It may have been digital all the way through but the characters expressions and how they were drawn definitely seemed to be different. I can't quite explain it and was hoping someone would just say "yes they used a wider scale of artists" or something. Or they changed to a quicker method of animating to save time with development. I know I can see a difference...

Modern day weaponry alone can wipe out titans, why the need for Spider-man? Unless Spider-man is crossing into the world of SnK?
