Well Shimada did create Ground Support units, its just that they don't really get much involvement in the novel........I especially love the T34, that girl is so lovely with that hand mounted gun and the Russian Hat~

Fun episode. Elements of Charlotte's speed obsession and Barkhorn's episode from last season are combined, with both stars singing this week's version of "Over Sky". The dynamics and the fanservice both stood out this episode (Charlotte's long been one of my favorites, after all), but the real star was the jet Striker. Damn that thing was fast. The appearance from Ursula was nice too; sharing both the genes and the VA of Erica.

Next week: Lucchini time!

I need this more than anyone else, probably, but I have made a characters/seiyuus page with pics of the eleven main characters and their seiyuus, and a bit of info about each seiyuu. It helps me keep the characters straight, and remember who voices whom (when I can't tell by the sound of the voice, as I can with Sawashiro Miyuki and Koshimizu Ami).

- I wonder what is that the Jet-engine did to Lucchini to scare her off in that way, oh.. but I think I got it when I saw Barkhorn enjoyin' it. ~"Incredible"... yeah! hehe.. She's probably used to more powerful/fast stuff.

- omg! What did I just see? Lucchini jumping into Yoshika bath-tub, while being completely obscured by the infamous "ero-beams of light"..
I hope dvds will let me enjoy Lucchini's body..

- ooh.. even Barkhorn-san is dried-out from Jet-striker over-using.. lolz I thought, she was tougher.

- ~"That striker is awesome, I must continue testing" <- lol, She really likes that striker, uh? well, it's understandable.

- lol'd at the chained jet-striker.. was it really necessary? (as we can see soon after, it also proves to be utterly unuseful).

- poor barkhorn.. training so hard.. well, that scene provided some nice ass-shots, so I won't complain.

- nooo, even barkhorn's crotch was obscured by light!.. (oxymoron anyone?)

- Erika's attitude never fails to make me love her even more!

- WOAH, barkhorn BROKE the chains with bare hands (ok, with the help of magic..), but still awesome anyway!

- haha, even Barkhorn likes Shirley's breasts!! and Lucchini going super-jealous mode over it.. ~"Those belong to me" lolz, loved it.

- what?! TWO hartmann's??!! NO, it's her sister, Ursula! No, even more than that, they're TWIN sisters! lol, wasn't expecting that. they're so different though.

- potatoes, yeah! I like'em too! ~"Admit, they're delicious"... ~"They're all right!" lol, those two are hilariously awesome with all their little 'fights'.

Amazing censorship light took up the whole screen.

As for the jet striker, they give it away in-episode when the call it the Me-262 (although the V1 label would suggest it’s the first test model after a whole bunch of prototypes), but the weapons are the BK-5 anti-bomber cannon (adapted from the Panzer III’s main gun, which makes the Panzer IV image above a little bit off), and a pair of what looks like two MK-108 cannons stuck together.
