Pretty good episode this week, first episode I've watched where I've actually really liked Lucchini. So yeah, good overall. I had a feeling there was something up with Maria after she saw the house with smoke coming out of the chimney and she asked that weird question, but I never guessed royalty. o_o

Haha, I agree. Lucchini, as she was going was gonna end up as 'the silly girl' archetype with no backstory. Good to see more characters being featured more prominently. Still a few more girls to go though.

well, I said "I think" infact... since, I wasn't sure about it. my hearing is not that good.
anyway, HS (which are a rip-off of Crunchy, as far as I know), they actually subbed it as "GraZie" not "Gracie" as you say... (btw "Grazie" is an italian word, and it means "thanks/thank you").
I just put your jap. word in an online translator, and it says it means "always"? (yea, I know online translators suck).
well, to tell the truth, I know nothing of japanese actually, just some random words, and I often heard "thanks" or similar as 'arigatou', so, being that scene in an italian setting in Rome, maybe I just imagined him saying "Prego", which would make sense in an italian setting, but, as i said, it was just a random thought of mine.. I may be wrong as well. and you're probably right.

oh yea, just another curiosity, on the stand from where he's selling ice-creams, if you pause the video, you can read "GELATI" which means: "ice-creams".

ok, now let's forget this, and let's talk about serious things.

Finally got time to watch episode 5. Still not as enjoyable as the last episode but still good regardless. Only one part I have problem in the episode, I only saw ONE striker unit, which is Lucchini's, on the truck. So where did Shirley and Miyafuji put their strikers?!

Before I knew it, they're already airborne. How on earth...?

I trawl other forums and these just show up occasionally. I don't even save them, I use a FF extension that rehost the pics with a single click and I just pass them around so more can see.

Miyafuji Nendoroids apparently came out March 2009 and now they're crazy expensive collector items. Going price is anywhere from $99-$150... Nuts.

Also, Francesca Lucchini just came out. BETTER GET IT NOW BEFORE IT BECOMES $150

Also, from Goodsmile tradeshows, it looks like they're pushing a Miyafuji Figma, but it hasn't been officially set in stone for release date. Hopefully they're gonna release all the Figma versions for the Strike Witches 501 team. I'm crossing my fingers, but the releases for these figures are painfully slow. I woulda thought by now, they'd be busting out Nendoroids and Figmas for Strike Witches like no tomorrow. But they have barely even begun. Some good statues are out there though. Some Kotobukiya PVC statues look pretty good.
