There's always the off chance it could be fake.

I mean, Gohan being a SS in this timeline? Pretty fishy. Isn't his "Ultimate" form supposed to make his SS form obsolete?

Haven't DBZ movies always been non-canon and had trouble fitting within the continuity?

I always looked at the movies as an alternate universe.

Even the movie with Hildegarn had Gohan still using his Ultimate form.

^Most likely a movie unique character there are also some fairies from Jinrui Wa around her leg.

Actually after a good look the right fairy looks like that ninja dog from Pilaf's team and the left one looks like Bulma during the beginning of Dragon ball.

As for whether or not the movie is canon, well Akira Toriyama is supposedly involved in this I think we're supposed to see it as the latest and upcoming One Piece movie which are canon if I'm not mistaken.
