This might sound harsh but I believe this was episode 2's best scene

The animation and the girl not reacting to it while Ryuko is shocked made me lol.

Even the uber fanservice doesn't bother me...at least not yet. At least Miki's character can take his shirt off.
He also unzipped his pants.

Seems in the preview it also manages to completely rip apart by itself, too.

Yeah, it did that in the episode too. But did you guys notice his eyes in the end? It looked just like those Kamui.

Who, the stripping Sensei? I'm guessing he's connected to the father somehow...

The characters and art are lovely. They are little details trough the episode u can enjoy if u pay close attention like hulk and iron man figurines in class. The comedy is also nice. Its just exciting overall.

Personally I did not like TTGL but I liked this. I guess it depends on personal taste. Although I'm still worried that if its going to be a 2 cour and villian of the week. We will see

ep1+2

This show is on crack and I'm loving it. It's everything you would come to expect from mastermind behind GL and PS&B with 20% more fanservice (which goes both ways as of episode 2).

BTW, did teacher stripping remind anyone of Alex Armstrong from FMA?

Don't that too seriously. It's really just energy from the hype surrounding this show. Even if the industry really needed saving, one show certainly is going to do it. KLK isn't something that's breaking new ground or anything, it's very typical Imaishi.

It did but Teacher/Sensei is so much sexier than Armstrong. So sexy that he has to hide his sexiness to all that couldn't witstand its shine. Even Ryuuko was nearly engulfed by his light of sexiness.

Dear God, this show is so good.

Every time someone wants an example of good female characters in anime, I'm pointing them over here.

True.

But for this type of series? I don't put anything past them

She knows her dad as a stooped old man with a beard. And an eyepatch. Take 40 years off him and shave, and it's no surprise no one would recognize him.

Might explain the exhibitionism, too. An old man really appreciating having a young body again.

That's a good point. I agree that it would be cornier if Ryuko was a boy.

It would also explain both why he knew where the trap door was, and would give an explanation for that one scene of why it's less creepy then it could have been.

Plus, her family picture in the frame had it conveniently broken from the top so he wouldn't be showing.
