I am currently playing:

PS3-
Warhawk - a very fun online game although I'm still a newbie.
Lair - Good graphics and good gameplay. I don't know why people complain about the controls. I have no problems with maneuvering the dragon and doing 180 degree turns...in fact I really liked the 6-axis controls.

PC-
Puyo Puyo Fever - a very fun puzzle game. Tons of people still play this in Japan so it's really easy to find online competition too.
GTR2 - seriously the best racing game I have ever played. Superb physics (I have even read comments from real life 911 RSR racing drivers saying how consistent the game RSR is compared to the real life RSR they drive). Excellent car engine sounds. Lots of mods/tracks that can be downloaded online. A steering wheel like the G25 is a must though.

I actually quite like the NFS series too despite how much I enjoy GTR2. I usually play NFS when I just want to play a not so serious arcadish racing game just for fun.

Guitar Hero II (I never get bored of this game even If my hand hurts of playing so much )

a couple of new modules in NWN
Stepmania (the neverending vice, I always play 2 or 3 songs a day~)
Diablo II LoD with 3 friends over MP

Valkyria Profile Silmeria:I came back to play, great graphics with art direction excellent, a good battle system that compels the person to use Strategy in the hard battles, Soundtrack amazing Sakuraba rulez, the one problem of the game is the story is really bad and also has few scenes of the story, at last it story(ou the plot lack) is plus an excuse for the remaining portion of the game.

Burnout Revenge:Fantastic, very fun.
