Flashback.There is an explosion and she rushes to the scene and sees Sensei in a strange form with blood on his tentacles and her sister dead. On the scene she found 2 injectors and a laptop that explains everything. She uses one of them before starting school and then destroys all of chairmain's stuff to get sent in class E. After flashback we see shiro talking to her but she immediatly attacks him and then rushes out.

Normally the most predictable outcome of this would be that it turned out everything was a misunderstanding and Koro-sensei didn't actually kill Aguri, Kayano coming to terms with the rest of the class and things going back normal... if it was wiritten by someone other than Matsui.

But the final chapters of Neuro are a good reminder how tricky things can get in just a short time lapse.

He probably turned himself into that silly form for the same reason that Death from Soul Eater did. He didn't want to scare the children he would be teaching, even if they are aspiring to kill him.

This is what I think. I doubt they're going to make him Kayano's blood-related brother.

And he couldn't have meant he was her only brother in the sense of tentacle brother, since there is also Koro-sensei.

More Kayano vs. Koro-sensei! The octo-teacher warns Kayano to have her tentacles removed or else her life will be in danger, but unfortunately the girl won't listen to him, or any of her fellow students who try to talk sense into her. She then gets into a fit of agony from the tentacles' pain, but that doesn't stop her.... on the contrary, she continues her assault after setting the tentacles on fire!

Kayano continues to rampage with her flaming tentacles, with the students saying that her attacks are like a bomb. Interestingly, Kayano is still not bothered by the pain at all.... in fact, she seems to be enjoying it (to the point where she's even DROOLING, lol ). I believe Itona says that if it were him, he wouldn't last a few minutes from that sort of torture. The crazed Kayano continues screaming for Koro-sensei's death, though the teacher in question seems to be greatly saddened by his student's behavior....

I hope she will be saved. I believed deep down she is a good girl who cared deeply for her sister, that's the reason she cannot forgive her murderer. And I also don't think her relationship with her classmates is just an act, she must truly care for them so that she created that ring of fire to prevent anyone getting involved in to their fight. Were she to die in front of them, many in the class will break mentally.

The end of Asano's arc was extremely anticlimactic. The same happened with the arc of the Godof Death. I don't expect much of this new arc.

And, come on, Korosensei failed to save her sister. So, Kayano die now is almost impossible.
