Its not absolute because of the Parameter List and they can trick their levels like Mitsuki does.

I don't remember ever ever reading this in the novels (Touma going through brain analysis post Amnesia).... It's a misplaced rumor (like the 90% choker thing) or Am I just silly? The closest thing that I read was Girl in Dress pointing out that apparently Touma's actions are even better viewed by the higher ups than Accelerator's and they will cover up everything he does for his sake regardless of what's needed to be done to cover it up (whereas, Accelerator is left to fend for himself the consequences of his actions).

Mitsuki as Unabara Mitsuki? He doesn't cheat on his ESP ability scan, but rather in his general knowledge (classes) tests. You could consider Touma the only "cheater" in AC, as he forcefully labels himself 0 in the system scan.... That ought to be beneficial ¬¬

That's why I said it's better if the 6th level 5 will not be revealed.
Everyone can put there the character they like and want to be a level 5.
And there are limitless amounts of explanations why character X or Y can/can't be the 6th level 5.

I personaly want an existing character to be the 6th level 5, because the constant adding of new characters gets on my nerves,
as many other good characters are lost in the flow of the story or have less screen time than they deserve (according to my opinion).

Perhaps the 6th level 5, but there are too many gemstones and a fair amount of saints, I doubt all of them will be revealed, there's no need.

Actually, the existence of undisclosed powers gives a "the world is wider than you can see" feel, so naming them all would be counterproductive, IMO.

Except that Aogami's real name and power level has not yet been revealed. But nonetheless, it's safe to assume he's at least level 0 since he's part of the Delta Force.

But IMO, Aogami is not just a level 0. I mean, Touma is officially a level 0, but that's because IB nullifies the power scanners, and Motoharu is the only successful esper-mage hybrid so far, given the nature of his abilities. And to be honest, Auto-Regen cannot be measured feasibly because the esper could die if tested via the only means possible: injuring the AR esper up to the point where the body cannot heal automatically.

So, yeah, there must be a reason Touma considers Aogami a Badass before he lost his memories.

Aogami = #6 is a "happy theory" because because it makes him a worthy character being a member of Delta Force, everyone know... Touma is the hero, Tsuchimikado the MO Spy and Aogami is...?
