I hope your premonition is accurate. I'd love to see a third season. And the most recent arc is so far enticing, so I'd love to see it animated.

But I'm not going to keep my hopes up, I don't want to be left disappointed. However, I do agree that it would seem fitting if they make a third season on this arc.

Yeah, I thought about it too. But I think it might depend on what comes after. If the next story arcs end up being shorter and having more variety in them, I can see the order being shuffled again. Granted, this scenario also means that we won't be seeing a third season for a very, very long time. Or perhaps, the current arc will be edited to accommodate other chapters? 24 or 26 episodes this time around? Can't really say.

But I hope the first scenario won't be the case, if ever there's going to be a third season. I mean, it would certainly be interesting. One whole, continuous story arc in 12 episodes. With lots of Roberta in it. Not a bad premise at all in my opinion.

I'm kiwi myself so I haven't even seen seson one but I like Levy she kicks seriously my friend showed me some of her on youtube but they went before... "This girl reminds us of you" and then I watched and I was like... rest is history I really wanna see the series I'm hopefuly gunna do a Levy cosplay on teh first day of the con if I can get the outfit sorted T_T

Just finished watching 1-24 for the first time.
Early episodes are a great hook.
13-15 left me scarred for life.

I may go to hell for this, but the twins arc was possibly one of the hottest arcs I've seen in an anime.

They were very powerful episodes indeed. Probably my favorite of the show overall.

But for those who don't speak japanese, is there a date in the announcement ?
And we are really talking about Black Lagoon, right ? (because the only words I understand on the page are "moon phase", so it could have been about that Tsukiyomi Moon Phase anime)

edit : nevermind. Just saw the announcement thread. Glad to see Revy again.
