Because god knows how many magical organizations have went after Ollerus, a half-assed Majin, and all got owned. Remember?

Now imagine the true Majin. I doubt even Birdway and her ilk can truly analyse Othinus by themselves. They'd need insight from Ollerus at the very least. And something tells me someone giving Fiamma a haven won't stick around to talk much.

Yeah but how do you know it's incomprehensible like Ollerus' ?

Ollerus's incomprehensible power is a specialty he use, doesn't mean it's comes standard issue with every Majin.
