We also plan to do them, but that's a cool thing The more version which exists, the best is it for the people which get the choice.

Is it done from Japanese ?

By the way, episode 3 of the original series is out in english since yesterday.

(I just saw on your site Hollanda Youth is on the "movies" category". Just want to say that "Hollanda Youth" isn't a movie but an OVA, it's has never aired on Japanese Theater, nor been released in the Movies Box of Captain Tsubasa, just in VHS, and probably LD (the original way of diffusion of an OVA).

Captain Tsubasa

Hey, everyone! This is my first post, and I don't see any thread for Captain Tsubasa, only one for the OAV "Road to 2002", so here my first post is I figured I'd create a thread about the series that I'm working on editing with Frenchies-Fansubs! (If someone could tell me where and how I exactly have to go about getting the little "fansubber" button under my avatar, that'd be nice too ). We've been running into a few issues lately, but Episode 4 as well as Shin Captain Tsubasa Episode 1 are entering and have entered post editing, so expect to see them out soon, and releases on a much more steady schedule!

Enough of that though, are there any yanks who've been watching this series? A lot of the fan response that I've seen are from Europeans, which while that doesn't surprise me, it makes me a tad bit sad, because this series is the quintessential soccer anime! Anyone at all?

I could swear I've seen a CT thread for both old and new CT series before.

I just recently started watching this show and it really impressed me.

I rarely enjoy TV series aimed at younger audiences but this is easily one of the best of all time. It deserves it's high reputation, the storytelling and execution is pretty exceptional.

It really glues you to the chair, doesn't it?

Yep. They really don't make anime like this anymore.

Anime is still good, and there are a lot of good series out there, but it seems like a lot of series are sacrificing quality for quantity.

Interesting, think this series was released in Latin America as "Super Campeones". Anyhow, I'm looking forward to this series. Go Barca!

Thanks for releasing another episode, slow and steady wins the race.

Here's hoping you can get at least to episode 10.

Please keep releasing batch torrents too, a torrent for episodes 1-5 would be great.

Will do one after the release of episode 6 which should be soon. (the first batch was done because the old tracker got down), but it won't probably be added to animesuki as there's already one.

But, it'll be, at least, on the team's tracker.

I just noticed the torrent at Tt, and thought "awesome, one of my childhood animes". Though 1 episode a month is kind of tough. I'll wait until the whole thing is out ^^.

Your choice.

Seems you have enough animes in your signature to have things to watch for a while

Hello,

There is an extra bonus episode for the shin captain tsubasa series that i am looking for in raw format so that i can sub it into Arabic.

I found it but subbed into French, so i would really appreciate it someone can tell me where i can find it as a high quality raw file.

Screenshot from the French subbed one: ( It was subbed by the [Tsubasa-Fansub] team. )

Thanks

:O!

I used to watch these when I was 8!! Awesome show!! Now that I think of it, the spanish subs we got weren't that bad. Hurrah for "Super Campeones!". How long is this series anyways? I remember there being an awful lot of episodes and grownup episodes, etc.
