On the bit about Mugino, it was stated her Meltdowner was something in the state between a particle and energy waves. It's how Mikoto can deflect Mugino's attacks somewhat back when they met during the Sister Arc, since the wave characteristics is similar enough to electricity for Mikoto to bend away.

Maybe I'm going insane, but I can see Yomikawa inviting Touma, Tsuchimikado, and Aogami over to her place for dinner once she sees that Accelerator has made "friends".

Last Order is obviously excited that Touma is coming over for dinner, who then spills it out over the Misaka Network, which somehow ends up to the Original Misaka.

Misaka may or may not be upset that Touma is having dinner with Accelerator and it some how descends to Misaka getting Yaoi thoughts about the two. Kuroko hearing about this...I have no clue.

He was a free lance spy working for governments all around the world, but was most infamous for this work in China. Thoughout the course of his career he became quite familiar with the idea of Magician societies, but never became one. Then one day he was framed for terrorism and black listed by the enitre Intelligence community. Out of work an on the run from some very angry Taoists magicians, he pulled some strings and is currently hiding in Academy City.

It's hard to pinpoint what his true personality is, as a spy he is trained to become whoever he needs to be to get the job done. But generally he's a calm and collected individual, also keeping a cool head even when he has a dozen guns pointing at it. He doesn't like to resort to deadly violence as corpses usually creates more problems than it solves, but that never stopped him from blowing up an empty car for some shock and awe tactics. Usually he tries to cut the root of the problem by creating conditions where the enemy is forced to back off or at least be given a bigger problem to worry about. He is highly determined and resourceful, never giving up and always believing there's one more thing he can do.

He also has a soft spot for children and family. It’s ironic that as a spy, he still enjoys watching spy shows and war movies, and his music tastes are of the oldies. It’s a little known secret that he has a small cosplay girls fetish, particular those involving girls in ninja attires.

Aside from his spycraft skills and weapon mastery, Minato’s ability is call [True Sight] and it’s can be classified as a form of precognition. Minato describes his power as seeing the world through auras. Friends and allies glow blue for him, enemies and hostiles glow red, the ‘answer’ would glow golden or white. The ‘answer’ is basically and object or person that Minato seeks. What this means is that if there are three cups and one has to choose the cup that hides the marble, no matter what Minato would always pick the right one.

Minato use this power to identify his targets, and to seek out hidden items or information or the quickest way to safety. However, this power does not allow him to identify the correct answer for a question that doesn’t have a physical choice; in other words, it doesn’t work when he is given a verbal question.

Kessler is a member of the Exorcist Order of the Rome Catholic Church. Officially, the Exorcist Order of the Rome Catholic Church is one of the four minor Orders, most of it's members are non-magicians and are confined exclusively to exorcism of the catechumen in the rite of Baptism. However within the Exorcist Order there is a secret group with no name and is only referred to as the [Black Order]. These are the real deal, hardcore Exorcists. They were trained from childhood to fight possessed Individuals and the evil beings that inhabit them. Due to the decrease in possession cases over the years, their numbers have also dwindled.

Despite his friendly smile and peaceful tone, He had been trained to deattach himself from the rest of humanity as an evil spirit could possess any one, man woman or child, and must be ready to fight any ally or friend at a moment's notice. An Exorcist must never have any desire or compassion for the possessed victims less they become tempted by the creature's pled and offer. His job is to destroy or banish the creature possessing the human, and not to save the victim. More often, an exorcism would kill the host as well. He's a Man of Conviction, never waver from his mission. Or at least, never been given a reason to...

On a more light hearted note, it's this very reason that makes him completely ignorant to social norms and behaviour. No matter where in the world he is, he always finds himself in trouble with the law. He's also an excellent reader of facial expression, a byproduct of his Exorcist training to detect a possessed individual, this in turn allows him to excel in poker, he use the winnings to pay for his travels.

Kessler, like his fellow Black Exorcists, specializes in capturing, torture, and execution magic. Because of their nature, those same spells would be less effective or even useless against normal humans. Kessler never confronts an enemy head on in the open, instead he makes preparations before hand and lure them into his kill zone. There are any number of ways to trap a possessed individual using runes and spells to render them immobile and powerless.

His main weapon is a modified iron cross about 40cm in length. For a lack of a better name it is referred to as a [Combat Cross]. It's designed for him to use for various situations. By holding the long end, he can swing it like a war hammer or stab it like a stake, if he gripes the side ends, it becomes a T-Baton to disarm and restrain.

In addition, he can create a chained Guillotine made entirely out of rock salt. It's destructive power is relatively average, but against possessed individual it's almost the perfect weapon as it covers all three elements of the exorcism that Kessler performs. Using the chain he can capture and bind the target, salt is a form of purifier for most culture and the perfect torture for demons, while the Guillotine is the most powerful symbol for any execution magic.

People with a strong sense justice want to protect.
He sometimes can be quite cold and annoying. He more like that he called as 'Sieghart' than his real name, only several people that may call him with his real name.
He is very like chess and strategy games
He is not dense like Touma.
There also a rumor that he likes boys (immediately deny by him)
He have a great analysis ability

Almost like his sister, he is adopted by Heaven Canceler.

One of 2 Academy City's student in Academy City - England 'Students Exchange Program'
He is a Level 4 before leaving Academy City 2 years ago and already have a Level 5 power level when come back.

He also have a weird left hand with weird ability (he able to destroy everything in single touch if he wish it)

He was blind when he was born and a donor give his eyes before he died (which the reason why he don't have same eyes color with his twin sister), some how these eyes giving him a weird power.

He have sharp ear and sharp eye... too bad, they also quite sensitive to very loud sound or shiny light.

He is also quite dangerous , proven by defeating a Saint in battle when he tried to save some refuges from RCC that go to England (he not know anything about magic side though)

Childhood friend of Touma.

He is also quite skilled in martial arts and sword arts, he learned them to cover his weakness in close combat

-Phase Shift (Level 5) = affecting gravity around the user, increasing physical power at same time, making the user able to levitate, make things heavier or lighter, freeze enemies movement, creating black hole.

Effective area is about 25 m (in diameter), the user able to make even more bigger range but stamina will be wasted a lot.

The cooldown of the ability is one of most worst aspect in this power (Cooldown Time = 3 X Usage Time + ((Effective Area / 25 m) X 1 hours)) : if the area is under 25 m still count as 1

Ex: The ability use for 3 hours and the area about 0.1 km (100 m)
=> 3 X 3 + ((100 m / 25 m) X 1) = 13 hours cooldown

Ex: The ability use for 3 hours and the area about 20 m (since 20 m is under 25 m = it count as 1)
=> 3 X 3 + (1 X 1) = 10 hours cooldown

Another thing; once he turn off his ability, he must wait until the cooldown over before use it again.
But there is exception, if he use his power under 15 minutes and the range under 25 m, he only received 1 minute cooldown

X > 15 minutes and X < 1 hours, the cooldown will be count as 1 hour.

-Left Hand / Reality Breaker (???) = Single touch that able to destroy anything (physical term).

Effective Range = 1 m from his left hand; unlike Touma who need to contact, he doesn't need it.

He seemed able to turn off - on his ability (but his ability is rather confusing as it sometimes turn on itself, even though the user didn't wish it)

It have limitations though.

He can't destroy more than 1 thing at once; but if that thing is connected with the 2nd thing, he able to destroy it.
He also able to destroy multiple target, as long they are the same thing

(ex: a cup of water, he only able to destroy the water or the cup, since the thing isn't one part;
Another example, a wooden spear with metal blade and steel string, he able to destroy those things at once since the thing is one part.
He able to destroy many metal equipment at once, since the things are the same things (as long they are in his range))

There is a delay about 5 second between destroying the 1st thing and 2nd thing.

He can't kill human or animal with his ability (but, he can hurt them if he want.)

If Rinnosuke concentrated his attack in one point, Reality Breaker capable to use like invisible spear (range : 5m)

Totally Unknown like Touma's Imagine Breaker (but it is the factor that make Sieghart win against Saint, since spear = stab, stab is useful against Saint)

-Eyes of Illusion = make people fall into illusion for 1 minute
