So the Cadets cannot be recalled by their own nations at all after they're sent to a foreign nation?

Only if they're a student and if they're unwilling. If you're an adult, no protection.

Okay, so how about this:

Company A sacks Employee X in favour of Employee Y. After severe complications, Company A attempts to recall Employee X to assist in "recovering processes" as they cannot recall Employee Y due to immunity issues. Employee X, however, refuses to return.

Where does Company A stand in this scenario? Would they have the right to force Employee X to return?

If they have legal rights to do so, such as Employee X don't have the same immunity

Well, Employee X has been terminated from service from Company A. The two are no longer related in any manner aside from X being a former worker of A.

There's no past incidents nor anything significant between X and A, other than the fact that X used to work diligently during his/her time in Company A.

So there will be tension? I mean Employee X does not want to return to Company A due to how she was treated during her time there, especially when it got worse towards the last days before she gets sacked.

They can't be forced to leave, but they can come back should they wish to. After 3 years, however, any protection runs out. Bad news for Charlotte.

I wanted to extend the final scene until the Carnage debuts but things would've been messy by then, so I kept it to the very first phase of the attack.

I say 50% on both sides ( it will happen and the will not happen)

The Dunois can`t forcefully retrieve Charlotte because she is under the protection of ISA
