Now that was interesting. At least he learned something new.

Yeah, I have a feeling that pretty soon, this series will be popular all over the world.

As for the episode 10. Overall it was really good, but somehow I feel that this series will be rushed. I only hope that they will make a decent manga adaptation and wait till it's finished to make the 2nd season.

And even though Judal is an ass I liked him for being one.
Usually enemies would go "Boring, I'm leaving." While here he actually went for a kill right away.

Great episode. A few things of note.

Ugo's head is apparently still on the moon or wherever they were looking down at the Earth in the beginning. Since his body is separate, does it mean he cannot die since his head will be okay?

Also, Judal mentions that Ugo is using someone or something else's Magoi. That potentially could be a more powerful source than the current Magi we have seen. Since Aladdin and Ugo are friends, I can understand that Ugo does not "belong" to Aladdin. Still, the question now is, where is the Ugo's Magoi coming from? Could it be the source of all Magoi? Or is there an even stronger Magi lost somewhere in the world?

The thieves who stole Sinbad's Vessels are still around in the episode. That usually is a good indicator that Sinbad will get them back soon, and we will finally get to see Sinbad in full power mode. I can't wait for that.

A final note. It seems that a Magi can have multiple king candidates, and Judal is collecting them. As he is trying to recruit Sinbad, that probably means that Sinbad does not have a Magi he follows yet. Could this mean that he will eventually become Aladdin's king candidate as well? Also, I wonder if they will make Morgianna a king candidate as well? She would need to conquer a dungeon herself at some point.

Just some food for thought.

Considering how Amon just brushed her aside when looking for a candidate I think it's safe to say she doesn't qualify as one.

It was at the beginning of the show, when Aladdin did not even befriend her yet. At that point in the show, she was a slave and a servant for someone else. As the story progresses and as she gets closer to Aladdin, there is a possibility that all that will change and she becomes a candidate in the future. Well, at least that is my opinion.

Well, it all the depends on whether she has enough magoi to wield a metal vessel. No everyone have the same magoi capacity, so some people are just not suited to be king candidates.

They can, but you have to consider Judal's building a army of dungeon conquerors to do war. I don't think a magi would need more than one king candidate in a normal situation.

Hnn, I don't think Mori-san has the 'innate' drive that a king would. She's still getting used to doing things on her own, by her own will. Mori-san will always be a 'follower' and not so much of a 'leader' like Ali Baba and Sin. Not that it's a bad thing - even Masur follows Sin but it's not bad on his part - he can be on his own if he needs to be but his full potential is at someone's side, fighting for a cause that they both can believe in. Mori's the same way and she wants to fight alongside Aladdin and Ali Baba because she believes in them.
