It seems that the girl's description boxes in that PV are shaped like SD memory cards of the PSP.
Chapter 7 is out! Spoiler for spoiler:

If you think that, then you do not know me that well my friend.
I do not attempt. I succeed. *RUNS* On related note, these girls are more likely to kill their players via moe before the monsters do >_>

On a more interesting note, seems the four lands will undergo a bit of a makeover. Plus a new land.~
Spoiler for LASTATION:
Spoiler for LEANBOX:
Spoiler for LOWEE:
Spoiler for PLANEPTUNE:
Spoiler for GAMINDUSTRI GRAVEYARD:
Leanbox seems to have undergone the most drastic change, dropping it's medieval theme and bringing in something more technological. Lastation seems a little less "dirty" than it's previous incarnation, but still pretty industrialized. Lowee, while still quite "magical" dropped most of it's fairytale architecture for more futuristic ones. Planeptune stayed relatively unchanged. And the tower in the back of the Graveyard reminds me of Sauron's eye.

Since Neptune had a pair of cat ears and a black jacket as alternate costume, Nepgear should have dog ears and pink hair. And Uni could get a cutlass as her alternate weapon.

The official site today is updated with new characters of whom I don't know anything about XD
I believe the information regarding them will be posted in gaming blogs shortly.... meanwhile, here's the new wallpapers from the site: Kei (1080p | 1200p) Mina (1080p | 1200p) Chika (1080p | 1200p) Histoire (1080p | 1200p)

It's been stated that each of the 4 lands have their own religion, and those 4 characters are the respective "political leaders" of each land. Kei for Lastation, Mina for Lowee, Chika for Leanbox and Histoire for Planeptune.
And yes Kei is confirmed to be female, but that's not really surprising.

Histoire was in the first game though, and she was a tome that contained all the history of Gameindustri. So I'm guessing she stands for that. Plus being a former goddess she might represent the console before Neptune if there ever was one. The other 3 I can't say though, but their personalities/backgrounds are shared. Kei's a workaholic who never considers relaxing, which makes her bland and boring, Chika's a member of a family dedicated to Leanbox and recently took the position of leader after her sister's resignation and Mina's competent at her duties but is known to get VERY scary when she's angry.

The official site's updated again. Now we could take a look at the "system" page which shows us the world map.
What's interesting is that the lands don't only change on their appearance, but also the location. Instead of 4 separate lands like in the first game, the ones in this game seems to be more "united" with the graveyard at the center. Clicking at the lands also shows the residents too could anyone identify the references? I only recognized the obvious Mario and Luigi at Lowee and also Solid Snake (the cardboard box) at Lastation.

I have to say, this is probably the only game in history where I can say it was one of the worst I have ever played gameplay-wise yet I still really liked it overall and plan to preorder the sequel immediately if it's announced for release here. I guess they know their otaku audience pretty well, haha.
