Its coming out on 28th of November 2013.
There will be two version. A normal edition that will be sold for 6,300 yen.
And the Limited Edition that will be sold for 9,240 yen.

I wonder if it will be available through Direct Link at that time already.
Pokemon X and Y will be and they are coming out sooner, do not see why others wouldn't be as well.
