So, the new character's name is Wan Fan Fan? And have a chinese theme complete with his panda? Tsukune is pretty bad-ass here.
Ruby's answer about Wan's questioning what are them to Tsukune is priceless, omocha (his toy) And i want to know what Kurumu said that really hit the point and made Inner Moka really pissed.

ps: It is just my feeling, but i think Wan Fan Fan is really looks similar to Kiria.

Spoiler for Ch 23 Boy from Mafia:

It starts in Tsukune's dream after his encounter with Sun, considering about his future and who he is going to spend it with.
Won Faunfaun suddenly appears asking Tsukune to become his groom/bride(? whichever).
After his reappearance at the newspaper club room he announces that if Tsukune agrees, the mafia is more than lenient towards polygamy and that Won family will look after all of the girls.
That is why Ruby, Mizore, and Kurumu decided not to get involved considering an alternative conclusion for their future knowing at the end Tsukune would select Mocha at the end. (Although Yukari helped out at first she double crossed Tsukune where you can see her tying him in knots and take him to Won)
The kicker is inner Mocha doesn't want to be "One of many" and when Kurumu hinted not knowing Mocha's inner feelings for Monogamy with Tsukune triggered her irrational emotional burst.

Well, it seems that inner Moka is just so predicable when faced with her(failures) personality traits, being a tsun-tsun-dere seemed like the cuisine of choice for her I guess. I say tsun-tsun-dere because it's said that she's even more violent than a standard tsun-dere.

Mostly because not only did she kick Kurumu for her question/insult/statement but she kicked everyone else because they witnessed it. Or so I think, but I could be wrong, but it sounds like a plausible reason from Moka's point of view.

Squall was cool when he first appeared, but his gig got old and don't compare Squall's belt and Mizore's.

Also seriously and all glad to see inner Moka back, but we "REALLY" need someone to match her power and skills like Khalua, man that battle of the sisters was EPIC!!!!!! Unlike here her kick again prevailed again, though as a writter Ikeda NEVER gives a chapter without a character/s developing a little bit, which is why I love R+V.

Also the Joke TSUndere/TSUkune, lol Makes me feel even more they'll end up, not unless the harem end prevails. Also about the "SEE THROUGH IMAGE" isn't that the dress of the loli Moka in the anime, the manga version where all 4 sisters are lined up and the flashback with Kokoa. Also Inner Moka here FINALLY a tsundere reaction.
