I have a question is it possible that the next protagonist Shingen Takeda is a link with Kenshin?

Sengoku (Present[?]) 21 - Satellite of Love

This has got to be the most science-fictiony story we've had since Gennai way back near the beginning. I'm pretty excited.

Pretty clearly a take on 2001, but I thought it was a great episode. Shingen (I wonder if she's aware of what Kenshin's up to on Earth) and the tea boiler vs HAL 9000. Their banter was entertaining, and the animation was actually pretty gorgeous at parts. That final reentry, and Shingen's first fight with her wind attack were animated really fluidly. There's a quote near the end that I like - "Too perfect can be just as bad as too many flaws". Though that relates more to the thread for another series I've been posting in. Good work by Ryoko Shintani as Shingen - this version of her is a lot more feminine than the tomboy in Otome, but no less deadly. And Fasad was entertaining himself. A simple, nicely-contained sci-fi story - once again, to the power of short-form storytelling!

The next story looks far more down to Earth.

Yes it is more feminine than in otome aside and that she is in another country so Oda will not be so secret treasure

ok sure got Takeda Shingen in mother russia space spaction vs ai space station computer?

with tea-bot to help in & yes give all russia while Takeda easily beat guard, stop the ai space computer & for victory start chicken wing army!!!

indeed russia make this ep more ok.

next ep is Katakura Kojūrō.

and I hope that we will see Date Masamune! I am sure and I imagine in the late Kojuro finding Masamune and Oda where that appears to not know where

because do not forget that Masamune and Oda have said they see each other for a fight to the secret treasure of Masamune

I won't be surprised if the finale sees at the very least a cameo from everybody. After all, when the OP changed, they may have added in all the new girls, but they didn't remove the old ones.

cameo? and yes they did not remove the old is true evidence with Masamune in the episode of his aunt

2001: A Space Odyssey plus a little bit of Silent Running. I hate to use a TV Tropes term but Badass Adorable does sum up Shingen pretty well. And she seemed such an air-head at first. The parachute in the shape of the Takeda mon was a nice touch at the end of the episode.
Why am I enjoying this series so much?

After Kojuro there will be last person to see is a little girl ... I suppose you will to conclude the story: Nobunaga and Mitsuhide etc but I wonder is what Nobunaga leave them alone in Sengoku era ...? Because if so she will feel not only ... I would imagine that if Mitsuhide rest ... Oda will she?

Shingen's episode is the most well-made IMO. There's a good animation (reminds me to Birdy's fight in the seoncd season) and the no voice in space scene was a nice surprise.

And apparently there will be Dune episode (most likely after Kojuro's episode.

Am I the only one who was pleasantly surprised at the space physics in this episodes? When she turn on the flame thrower and get pushed back, how she bounced on the wall, how there was no sound in vacuum...

So many director get that wrong, it's just nice to see someone get it right for once...well...mostly right. It still bug me that she slowed down midair >_>.

Sengoku (Present) 22 - Higurashi

I noted this back in Bokuden's episode, but I like how the world in this series has been notably shaped by the introduction of the generals. From being local celebrities pressured for questioning by Michael Moore-alikes to having an entire police division to deal with them, this world is in many ways similar to ours, but not exactly like it.

The mood swings are pretty wild. From Shingen's mostly lighthearted sci-fi adventure to a grim detective story, and yet it all ties together. The return of Yoshiaki and the references back to the yakuza episode were all nicely done. I did think it was a little strange they would kill off Masamune (especially at the halfway mark of the episode), but nope, she's alive, and heading out into the world with her teacher/lover. The yuri is strong in this one. As for the episode itself, it's a bit of an old cop story ("He's a veteran with several years on the force; she's a genderbent version of a warring states general with a thirst for justice - they fight crime!"), but the devil lies in the execution. The mood was dour, but also intriguing.

Next week: The sleeper has awakened. (I think that's what I'm supposed to say.)

I loved this episode and I also did not want to believe but I confess that when I saw the cliff kojuro ais I thought for a few seconds I had almost tears in his eyes, and so cute when she carried in her arms.

but I think if kojuro and Masamune still have their treasures secrte els can then return to the era sengoku?

give kujuro is working with cops to search for date til seem date "bought it" but kujuro found her date.

then cop person appear then decide let them go so now all safe kujuro-date ending with date carrying kujuro to where ever they want to go.

4eps left next ep is dune.
