Why they always make such huge lists when people ask for the BEST in their category?

I mean, just one, not 6.... or 9...

But really, to choose the hottest... it's not that easy when you saw a lot of series :/

It's pretty much based in what individually turns each of us on, from looks to personality.. But if I really had to choose..

Once again there's no way I can limit myself to hottest so I'll just list the hottest ones!

Shakugan no Shana:
1) Kazumi Yoshida: She's so hot, I'm not supporting her, but she's just so hot.
5) Yukari Hirai: I really like her. She's very lively but has her shy moments.
9) Hecate: S1 E24 was just amazing and her scene with Yuji showed how cute she is.
11) Shana: When she's not pissed and such she's actually very cute, like in S2 E1.

Kanon (2006)
2) Sayuri Kurata: This is by far the hottest character in this anime to me, and she's one of the character differentiates between hot and cute.
6) Ayu Tsukimiya: She's so cute and is voiced by Yui Horie, so that's an automatic win. The beginning E20 shows one of the most romantic moment of all time in anime, and that's saying a lot.
10) Shiori Misaka: I just really like her and probably her arc the most. She's always dreamlike and attractive.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu
4) Ryouko Asakura: For some reason she just stands out as being the hottest in the series. It's that blue hair I tell you.
7) Haruhi Suzumiya: It might be strange that I rated her over Mikuru, but tsunderes are my type.
8) Mikuru Asahina: I think everyone agrees with my choice here! No need for words!

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien
3) Haruka Suzumiya: She's one of the hottest character when she was in high school, and her blush was just perfect.

Muraki from Yami no Matsuei. Yup, he's handsome, he's evil, he's sadistic, and he's really hot I must admit. I mean look at him, even though he's all bloody, he's still hot!

As for my favorite, I'm a person that tries not to have favorites. *recieves strange looks from everyone* I get that a lot.

The hottest anime character in my mind would be Shana. Except I don't go thinking I have sex with her or anything like that, more or less because I like the Yuji x Shana relationship.

One other girl is growing in my mind, however: Tomoyo Sakagami (Clannad)

Hottest character has to be a 3 way tie between Kaede Fuyou from Shuffle! Sakura Kinomoto from CCS and Sora from Majipuri **i know the last one technically isnt an anime character but she still goes in ^^**

I wrote in another thread how hot doesn't appeal to me at all, so I don't really like to call characters I like hot, since most of them arent anyway. I prefer cute since it's more or an affectionate rather than sexual adjective. In terms of cuteness, I'd say Lemmy and Kotone from ToHeart, Milfie from Galaxy Angel, Becky from Pani Poni Dash! and of course Kona from Lucky Star.
