I second Kiseijuu (aka Parasyte) and Hellsing.

Battle Royal - Like Gantz in terms of survival. Think Lord of the Flies psychology with brutal violence.
Sanctuary - Hojo and Asami are awesome beyond words.
Vagabond
Ubel Blatt - Often compared to Berserk
Zetman
Akira
Shin Angyo Onshi
Bokurano
Team Medical Dragon - More or less the Japanese version of House (also a live action drama )
Kurosagi (also a live action drama )

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is a good seinen manga, although only a few chapters are currently available in english. Another very good seinen manga is Old Boy. I haven't read all of Old Boy yet, but so far I've found it thoroughly enjoyable, so I'll recommend it.

a manhwa (somewhat a korean manga) that focuses on religion and betrayals of God
i just recently started reading this series and so far it has met my expectations

I sincerely hope they're not. I also suggest the live action, not a lot of the manga has been scanlated.

thxs ill check that out the live action really enjoying this manga.

based on the manga man japanese university medical centers are really screwed up if thier really like that in real life
