Reminds me of those diving attacks in Jrpgs.

Question, can virus/slime penetrate the god/author mode? Given that Tooru died not too long ago and the fact that she's the main heroine, she'll likely overcome whatever that is.

The picture in ch176 is the proof and most scariest thing for sengoku .

I'm expecting a twist pretty close to the one that happened in Bioshock minus the mind-control (you know what I am talking about if you have played the game).

As for pairing, I don't think we will see any cause I think they are all going to die / be killed right before they get away (i.e., soon).

Doubt they'll end up killing someone off via the blue bottle(T VIRUS!). I predict Yarai going out uncovering further information and bringing back some idea on how to help them. I really can't tell where this manga is going as i recently caught up, it has so many more possibilities of stretching this manga due to all the mysteries of the island.

Maybe i'm relating this too much to lost but even if they do get off the island sengoku is going to want to go back because they "forgot" something lol.

I think it's pretty obvious they experienced a time slip

this island was obviously created as a memorial to Mina who was presumed to die years ago

this is the reason why the flight number comes up several times and why everything seems to be based on Mina's drawings

it may seem unrealistic to someone, but keep in mind this is the same story with psychics and resident evil style bioweapons

The other theory is that they are all clones.. but that would be harder to explain since they all woke up on a crash site instead of a test tube

If they had a time slip, I wonder what happened to the rest of the world. If they came like really far into the future, then they would have to set up a new civilization on the island.

It will spread to everyone around(through touch?). Akira doesn't give a damn and quickly hugs her. Yarai's a bastard and quickly keeps his distance from the group. As Yarai's about to leave, suddenly Class Rep(Yuki) collapses too!!!! Outside, the giant animal approaches them and Nishiori takes this chance to escape!

Spoiler for 181: -Akira and the student council president(the glasses guy) get up, but still weak. They carry Rion and Yuki to the large painting with the lock combination. -Outside, the other group find a large clock on the ground near the gate. Animal is still there giving them the evil eye. They see where the clock was from originally, but shocked(?) because of how it was near the gate entrance. It was really far away from the building to have rolled there. -Inside group enter the combination (from the model plane?) and find a large room with more paintings and possible employee pictures. Everyone jaw dropped, except Akira since he already got the hint from the picture. Time-travel theory may be possible, but for me, just unrealistic.
