Maybe Misaki kisses Touma so hard he completely forgets about anything that happened over the last day or so? Considering Touma basically has no experience with female intimacy (no, fanservice 'eye candy' doesn't really count) he'd have no immunity towards such a method

Mikoto would likely be jolted out of whatever funk she's in after she got released from '5.02 mode' if she saw something that outrageous too

Are we even sure he doesn't remember? Going by what Misaki said in NT7 we know they at least remembered an incident during Daihansensai....

I... don't know if her mental manipulation would work by kissing him.

Still, I can't see how that would work on him since she pretty much knew that her mind manipulation can't work on him as we don't know how much his IB had influenced within his body.

Only mental telepathic link works on him, though. Wait a minute... is this some kind of the red string of fate between her and Touma?

The translated chapter is interesting:

So it means when he is around, he will weaken her, maybe giving him chance to fight.
And she might not turn back on touch.
But the way she is, she might ignore him completly and keep attacking the Windowless Building.

When Misaka realizes Touma, the head will be filled with happy thoughts and be freed from external influence.

I do not think that Misaki appear personally before Touma. Rather then just watching them from a distance and intervene if we'll be a good atmosphere.

I never said he will forget it. But other people speculate he might. But I doubt that.

Like I said. He will remember but just chalk it up as another day on his daily unfortunate life of Kamijou Touma. Village Idiot agrees with me.
