Also is this another 12 episode series again? This season cover art pretty much shown we’ll be getting to reach that “scene” but is it enough with 7 episode left? it would be bummer if they skip a lot of thing or they just rush through it.

If iam not wrong there is still plenty of material to do before we reach the “cover art scene”

Going by past precedence, Overlord will probably be a 13 episodes series. Hence, there are 8 episodes to go. Overlord usually covers 1 LN volume per 4-5 episodes. For the past 2 seasons, the producers/director has decided to give more episodes, 5, to the side novels or non-main character focused novels, and has rushed the main story arcs into 4 episodes each novel.


That said, I did enjoy watching this past arc, since these are relevant characters that played important roles in the past. I still wished it would have been 4 episodes instead of 5, but that's over now. It's time for the main story arc to take hold now, from what others have told me.

Now when we finished the filler episodes, hope for some good main story arc.

I kinda prefer this arc than lizardman arc

Ainz's interaction with Nemu and Aura is kinda cute though.. so he is soft toward kid

Episode 6 is here and quite a bit of characters introduced!

I guess it's about time they pick up from where season 2 left off with Jircniv and his goals. Not sure what Renner is up even though she's back now. It'll be interesting to see what they'll really discover in those ruins.

Not sure about some of the other new characters although that Imina girl has my attention so far.

Episode 6 is out and Judging from the last scene with what momon said is pretty much confirm all those people will either die horrible death or run away with trauma for life

Farsight group seems like somewhat important char since they got "introduce" to us (same tier as lizardman importance i guess?), but i have feeling they going to die, something about their face didnt give these "belong to ainz group" feeling.

Maybe only that arche girl?

I wonder how that noble who hired the workers was able to find the ruins, unless Momon himself told the noble, with its defenses I don't think normal people can find it easily..

Its probably demiurge work in part of the "nazarick is a country" plan, leaking a bit of info about nazarick here and there.

After some though, i dont think even arche is going to survive this, like my previous comment she didnt have this "belong to ainz group" feeling, the best case is either he lived but trauma for life or end up as nazarick slave later on.

Good ol' Overlord, making us like characters, only to put death flags all over the screen at the same time.

Well, Ainz asked them to confirm it, but they are truly people that are willing to risk their lives in order to get a higher paycheck. They could have remained as part of the adventurer's guild, but they wanted/needed more money. They are gambling and losing is part of gambling.

Uugh is it next week already?

Why there is no isekai series as good as this, all others isekai just end up waifu harem. This why i love overlord so much, they didnt dwell on that matter and focus more on the world building.

anyway I don't like this arc... too many death flags and shady things
