After getting into a brief scuffle with Genos (and watching Saitama struggle to remember his name ), Flash explains his purpose in visiting: First, he wants his sword fixed (a request the bald one obliges to by having Genos buy duct tape ), and more importantly.... to make Saitama his disciple! He sees potential in the bald one's strength, but feels he's not using it to his fullest! Naturally, Saitama is reluctant, so Flash issues a challenge: they'll spar, and Saitama wins if he can land a single blow on Flash! Amusingly, his very first strike very nearly connects, forcing the S-class hero to desperately back away! Despite this, he still believes that Saitama won against Garou because the latter got weakened by fighting against the other S-classes, and considers his technique sloppy......

I just want to point out that Saitama's technique is sloppy. Though I'm more impressed Flash managed to dodge at all.

Saitama is just not into it... he has good time playing games with king then someone distrubs your free time, calls you a noobie that cant fight monsters and in the end challanges you to a match. Baldy is just not into it, he is not even taking this seriously and will mostly just fool around.

I just want to see flashy go desperate when saitama will keep on coming with his own speed ^^

Of course he isn't into it, that doesn't change the fact that basically no one else has legitimately dodged Saitama before aside from Garou himself.

Not much to say, really. Flash displays a bunch of... well, flashy techniques during the fight, but obviously Saitama remains unfazed. However, just as the S-class hero gets cornered, Genos interrupts the fight to report a monster sighting....

BTW, loved Saitama breaking Flash's sword with his teeth. Found that pretty badass, personally.

And goodness, it turns out Murata's father passed away recently. My condolences to him and his family.

Looks like Orochi knew who is a real threat here. Even Rover runs away because of Saitama.

Orochi's attacks were flashy but he got taken out by a normal punch. Saitama was right not to get his hopes up, he wasn't that special.

Kinda wanted to see how other heroes would fare against Orochi, but too bad het met Saitama first.

I believe Murata stated he was somewhat comparable to Golden Sperm, but with better technique.

So above most of the S-class heroes by a good margin but beneath Monster Garou and Boros.

But man, what are those monsters? Murata's version truly stands as superior in creativity and quality. In my modest opinion, that is

The webcomic still has its strength, most notably its faster pacing. With all the additions ONE made to the manga and some of the fights lasting quite a long time, I feel this arc has been dragging its feet quite a bit.
