It's maybe because I have a long hair "fetish" (more like a natural preference really), but whenever a girl in anime/manga insists on cutting her hair short for some dramatic reason I usually feel deeply disappointed.

Ladies, your hairs are lovely. Keep them. Don't do that I'll-cut-my-hair-and-change-myself nonsense.

Admittedly though in this case there's the punishment angle to justify it. Still, poor secretary-chan.

Well Mito looked like a rival for a moment but when she cut her hair she become so ugly (the haircut was such a mess that it didn't suit her at all) that I do not want her to be a rival at all. I want for her just to disappear and grow her hair back or at least change the haircut into something that doesn't make you cringe while looking.

And she was Seo'ed because Seo is known for his very strong short hair fetish that runs deep in all of his manga's. (Most of the long haired heroines usually have a bad end or are generally unlikable).

The secretary Mito know who Shinigawa is looking for. But she will only tell him if he comes to their school festival. As penance for cutting school and differentiating herself from Hana Mito cut her hair. Mito and Hana at each other, Hana recognizing her. Mito more or less declaring she is after Shinigawa too. Spoiler for Chapter 100: Student Council election season. Adachi and the gang waiting to pass the baton to their kohai, the weird ones. Anyway there are two parties. The weird ones and the just too good to be true party. Hana and Shinigawa are supoposed to sit on this one but something feels off about the other party. Also can't wait for the Student Council summer retreat tradition. You need to be a yankee to keep up with tradition. Poor local gangs. LOL

Nostalgic that Hana is hanging around Shinigawa's bathroom stall. Anyway dirty tactics and make ourselves look innocent and good is what these three are doing. Heh... They wouldn't let a bunch of delinquents run the student council? Every student council is made up delinquents! Well that's not public knowledge. Hana and Shinigawa caught them scheming but they won't tattle. Better they are going to help their kohai win. Aren't they supposed to be spectators and impartial? Dirty trick forced their hand. Interesting that Hana and Shinigawa's instincts are the same on this one. Spoiler for Chapter 102-103: Shinigawa and the gang help Kitawa's party with speeches but they botch it. But it turns out alright. The student body which are made up of nerds, delinquents and those who don't like the other party support them. Shinigawa and the gang let Kitawa do their thing while they spy on their opponents for dirty tactics.
