Yeah AH did a fantastic job.

But I was just wondering.... I'm I the only one who gets 17fps instead of the usual 24 or 30?

Maybe i'm missing a codec.

Encode is being worked on. But what I'd like is a critique of the translation. There are a few blatently wrongly translated lines, but that what you get in a speed dub. But for the most part, it made sense? And any suggestions for future improvement?

I haven't watched AH's 94, but from the Kabuto vs Tsunade fight (in 92 or 93, forget which) there were some mistranslations. I don't remember them all at the moment, but I did notice a few things:

*no translations for scalpel (= mess in Japanese)

*the part about electricity being sent to 360 points (Oro actually said that electric signals travel through the body at 360 kilometers per hour)

*the muscles where Kabuto hit Tsunade

There were some other things (plus a few lines with no TL, but they were mostly one/two worded things that are debatable as to whether they should be translated), but it's been a while since I watched it. Of course, I'm not perfect either, so who knows

well tat was in 92 but they got better and better 94 they had better translation then Anbu .. anbu messed up in 94 heh! hey baka arent u from KCL group right ! why did they release 94 after anbu :P shouldnt of no one gonna download o well tats me

In what way were they better than ANBU translation-wise and how are you able to tell? You don't really provide a coherent argument here. ^^;

Well, we had a few changes in our group. schadowfox, our founder, timer, and main source of speed, has had to take a leave for a few months. Our editor has also taken a leave, and since we weren't a big group to begin with, having 2 of our members go on leave has made a big impact.

We will continue to release Naruto, although we will not be able to guarantee the speed we once had. We will still try for speedy releases, though, since our aim is not to compete with quality groups such as anbu/aone or shin-otaku. Bear with us for a bit

Figured I'd post a question I had in here since it's directed at Anime Heaven.... any reason you encoded the Naruto Movie promo with WMV3 codec? It's unviewable on Macs, even with MS's own player.

I really hope you didn't do the same thing with your versions of 95/96 :\
