Look at this guys, http://canta-per-me.net/2011/06/kala...bum-announced/ Kalafina are going to release their 3rd album in Autumn (aka when Fate/Zero airs) and imo it is very possible that one or two songs will be for that anime since, resently they also appeared at some ufotable event http://blog.oricon.co.jp/kalafina/archive/386/0, so many coincidences together ?

The music composer, Yuki Kajiura, actually already worked on Lantis one time, in 2005, when she works on My-Otome under this label.

Fate/Zero and Madoka are different and the story for zero is already finished. It won't turn magical girl at all. Blood girl more likely though magical girl illya is not bad. I actually like that manga given her ending is the thing I always didn't like in the game XD
