Can anyone inform me about how Tatsuya going about his relationship with Miyuki in the latest novels? I've only read manga and really curious how things developed from there. Wincest is still there right?

Also I've read a few back pages and saw that talk about how their blood related being a matter or like and I can't help but say how meaningless it is... People like it because it's cute and all and not for some "weird" reason. Imouto moé is one of most strong type of moé because of little sisters usually being more awesome/cute/lovely than other heroines.

The original Sakurai that Tatsuya knew was part of a series of enhanced bodyguards or something, and she sacrificed herself to save Tatsuya in the past arc. The new Sakurai looks exactly like her and Tatsuya's aunt is planning on replacing Tatsuya with her as Miyuki's guard since he is been too radical with things.

That comes from memory, so it might be wrong? The current Sakurai seems to be pretty loyal to the aunt, but I wonder if even with that she'll end up falling for Tatsuya like most of the other girls .

Well, they say that when there it's ashes, then there is fire or something? Is kinda like that. From all of the girls that have shown interest in Tatsuya no one has been too overly strong about it and so pairings are up to debate, that not only applies to Miyuki but to most of the cast.

BTW I think that Miyuki is a good character because she is much more of a proper lady by her own right rather than a generic imouto archetype. Tatsuya always get her to show her cute imouto side, though.

Hmm, kind of unfortunate I guess. From what I've seen I can say that romance is not the primary factor in the story but I'd have liked if it were not to get into the harem setting where every girl is interested the protagonist. Also it seems Mayumi is more popular than the rest (maybe expect for Miyuki) which is something I can't say I'm happy about.
Kinda disappointing as I expected it to be a story about a cool protagonist with only one heroine (and her being his sister is a big plus) not some generic setting where some awesome guy gets all girls.
But well it's something we can see in almost all anime/novel etc. so maybe there really isn't anything complain about.

Spoiler for My take:

Mikihiko and Mizuki clearly like each other, but nothing has been done by either of them to advance the relationship

Erika and Leo are always together, and the group teases them occasionally, but there currently are no visible romantic emotions. It's more along the lines of them always being around each other. They are extremely touchy when their friends tease them about doing things together

Honoka likes Tatsuya romantically, no doubt
Ayako (the second cousin) likes Tatsuya romantically, but nothing concrete has been shown between the two, and I believe she is like the other Yotsuba family members and distances herself from those emotions
Miyuki likes Tatsuya romantically, but she is still more towards the sibling love aspect as of now (despite her numerous advances, I still believe this is most likely since she worries about the time when she will love him romantically more than as a sibling).
Mayumi likes Tatsuya, though it is up for debate as to whether she truly likes him romantically. I believe she is similar to Miyuki in that she likes him as something of a sibling. Rather than saying she likes him romantically, I would say she is currently conscious of him.
Lina I would have to say likes Tatsuya romantically, but she is denying it. Arc 6 specifically states she experiences a suspension bridge effect (developing romantic feelings when one confuses a dangerous situation for romance), and she made him chocolates for valentines day (though she did not give them to him). I think she's more confused about her feelings than anyone else.
Shizuku shows no signs of having any romantic feelings for him.

Tatsuya himself is ignorant of all these feelings save for Honoka's. While Miyuki is always making open advances on him, he is always worrying about her awareness as a girl and brushing her off, though he does feel uncomfortable due to her advances at times.

Given the short stories and how the author writes, Miyuki and Mayumi are likely the top two choices. Honoka and Lina did not really get much play until the last two arcs, though, so they may start playing a large role in the romance sub-plot starting in the second year.

"I respect Onii-sama more than anyone, I love Onii-sama more than anyone. But this love isn't as a woman. My feelings towards Onii-sama is definitely not romantic love. Between me and Onii-sama it's impossible to have romantic love."

Miyuki knew why Shizuku asked - she's worried that Miyuki might get in the way of Honoka's attempts to win Tatsuya's heart. Sure, Miyuki will get jealous of Honoka being close to Tatsuya but it it can't be helped she'll acknowledge it.

3 years ago Miyuki died, and Tatsuya brought her back to life. Miyuki thinks because her life was given to her by her brother, everything she has belongs to Tatsuya:

"The feelings I have for Onii-sama isn't romantic love (恋爱) [...] Romantic love means you sought for the other person, right? [...] Become mine, seeking for the other person, that's love isn't it? [...] But there isn't a single thing I want from my Onii-sama. Because, I already have got myself from Onii-sama. [...] I won't seek anything else from my Onii-sama. Not even wanting him to accept my feelings. The only expression to describe this emotion... there's only 'love', and nothing else."

Miyuki admits she's distorted/twisted in thinking this way as well.

tl;dr - Miyuki's not a love interest for Tatsuya, at least at this point.

The biggest trouble with Mayumi is that she graduated, so so cant be a constant presence like Honoka or Miyuki.
